Comprehensive maintenance of DG set of capacity 200KVA installed at CDA complex including servicing, overhauling and renewal of spare parts/defective components and performing the following checks once in a month to ensure satisfactory performance of the DG set complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Kirloskar, MES/SM No 013/6049-DG/17

(i) Checking the fan belt and adjusting tension (ii) Checking the fuel and oil filter, ascertaining its condition and cleaning (iii) Checking the air filter and its oil level and cleaning the oil filter (iv) Checking the FIP performance and oil level (v) Checking the tappet clearance and maintaining the valve distance. (vi) Checking the fuel pump timing and adjusting if required. (vii) Tightening base bolts and nuts and mounting bolts and nuts. (viii) Checking the coupling bolts, adjusting and checking the self starter and Dynamo. (ix) Checking the battery distilled water levels and topping up to the required level. (x) Checking of carbon brushes, engine oil including draining out old oil and refilling with fresh engine oil. (xi) Checking the loose connections if any in the panel board and tightening the same. (xii) Checking the anti vibration mounting and adjusting the bolt. (xiii) Checking the oil cooler and pipe. Note 1: Renewal of spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as Supply and Fix. Note 2: The rate quoted for item No 4.00 shall deemed to include for taking down of existing defective parts/spares.

Comprehensive maintenance DG set of capacity 40KVA installed at CDA complex including servicing, overhauling and renewal of spare parts/defective components and performing the following checks once in a month to ensure satisfactory performance of the Dg set complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling the AMF panel from DG set of capacity 200 KVA (Kirloskar Make) installed at CDA complex, carryout necessary repairs, renewal of burn out copper cable inside the panel, renewal of charger unit 24V, 10A including checking all electrical connections and assembling back in position, testing and commissioning complete all as directed.
