Renewing cement concrete/ interlock tiles in patches, area n exc 5 sq.m. including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Repairs/Maintenance to Steel Gate along with fencing/wall, Oiling/ Greasing of all Moving Parts of the Gate and making Serviceable for smooth functioning , Free Movement of Gate including replacement and welding, drilling, etc. of all Minor Parts (viz Nuts, Bolts, Rods, Flat Iron, Angle Iron, Guide Rail, Ball Bearing, etc. of Steel Gate, area n. exc. 20 SQUARE METRE Each (approximately), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Hardcore of gauge not exc. 63 mm broken stone, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
