Almirah large steel / Small steel (Applicable to items Nos 03 to 11) (FD-1031 FD-1032 FD-67) Removing the existing unserviceable lock and supply and fix new suitable lock of appropriate size, 6 levers with duplicate keys chromium plated or equivalent as suitable in almirah large/ medium steel as shown on drgs and all as directed. Notes : (i) Unit rate quoted shall include for provision/repairs to back plate, cover to key hole, back side cover, locking device etc. (ii) Removing the existing steel chromium plated handle and supply and fix new handles shall be measured and paid separately.

Removing the existing unserviceable handle and supply and fix new chromium plated M S handle 125mm long to almirah large/medium steel as shown on drg and all as specified and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable clamps for shelves and spot welding the shelves to almirah sides as directed and shown on drgs for almirah large/medium steel. Note:- Welding each shelf completely will be measured as a single unit.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on all external and internal surfaces of almirah large steel of Size 920 x 485 x 1985mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable/damaged leg/ frame and replacing with new leg/frame of 25mm x 25mm square MS tube 1.6 mm thick welded and applying one coat of red oxide primer including welding to the table and all as specified and as shown on drgs.

Charpoy MS Square JCOs (FD-CECZ/TD/726) Removing the existing plywood from charpoy MS Square JCO's and preparation of old painted steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint colour black to all external and internal surfaces including refixing/fixing the new plywood to the charpoy MS square etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : New plywood incorporated will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this schedule.

Bed hard top MS square for Offrs (FD/E6/MAP/08 (R)) Removing the existing plywood from charpoy MS square Offrs and preperation of old painted steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint colour black to all external and internal surfaces including refixing/fixing the plywood on charpoy MS Square etc complete all as specified and directed . Note : New plywood incorporated will be measured and paid seperately as supply only under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply only new plywood BWR Grade ISI marked of size 1980 mm x 900 mm x 12 mm and fix with headless MS nut & bolt 6 mm dia 75 mm length with washer all as specified/directed and as shown on drg. Rack steel six tier (FD-129) Dismantling and taking out the old unserviceable/damaged shelf of Rack steel six tier and supply and fixing of new shelf made out of MS sheet 1mm thick bent to shape and fixing the same properly in position all as per Drg including applying two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint olive green by spray painting over a coat of Red oxide Primer after necessary preparation of surface complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable drawers of table office clerk steel and supply and fix new drawer made of MS sheet CRC 1 mm thick bent to shape to its original position and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as shown on drgs.

Removing the existing unserviceable top and supply and fix 18 mm thick MDF board commercial exterior grade size 1020x810 all as specified/directed and as shown on drg.

Chair writing steel (Applicable to item Nos 52 to 55) (FD/E6/MAP/12) Removing the existing unserviceable damaged 120mm hot pressed plywood and supply and fix new 120mm hot pressed plywood of approx size 950mmx500mm upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with pvc lipping all round.

Removing the existing unserviceable damaged foam and supply and fix new polyurethane foam of approx size 950mmx500mm shall be 50mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 kgs per cum and hardness 20 +/- 2 kgs/m2 on hampden machine.

Removing the existing unserviceable damaged armrest and supply and fix new armrest made of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 hardness and reinforced with MS insert it shall be scratch and wheather resistant both hand rest sections to have slope towards front.

Removing the existing unserviceable damaged contoured lumber support and supply and fix new contoured lumber support for extra comfort.

Chair computer/Chair revolving (FD/E6/MAP/ 01) Removing the existing un serviceable seat (cushioned) and supply and fix the new seat of 510mm x 470mm x 60mm (12 mm hot pressed ply wood, upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping. (Make : Godrej or equivalent)

Chair cushion with Arms/Chair visitor (TP) Removing the existing un serviceable seat (cushioned) and supply and fix the new seat of 510mm x 470mm x 60mm (12 mm hot pressed ply wood, upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping for chair cushion with arms/chair visitor all as shown on drg and as directed.

Chair revolving with Arm high back (TP) Removing the existing un serviceable seat (cushioned) and supply and fix the new seat of 510mm x 470mm x 60mm (12 mm hot pressed ply wood, upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping for chair revolving padded with arm high back all as shown on drg and as directed.
