Supply and fixing in replacement Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long at roof of building/ESHs at any height including taking down old unserviceable air termination rod any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Air termination, single pointed Copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long at roof of building/ESHs at any height including taking down old unserviceable air termination rod any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors (building/ESHs at any height) above ground including taking down old unserviceable aluminium strip any size from roof and wall and making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Porcelain, vitreous insulator shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ

Supply and fixing in replacement Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors (building/ESHs at any height) above ground including taking down old unserviceable strip any type and size from roof and wall and making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Porcelain, vitreous insulator shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ

Supply and fixing porcelain, vitreous insulator of suitable size for aluminium/copper strip down conductor with one metre intervel fixing/secured with and including suitable screws and PVC rawl plug/gutties at roof and along wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 3.15mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including earth continuity copper strip 20x3 mm (upto test point from earth plate, i.e. 7.5m minimum) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and including protected by 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from earth plate to test point. Earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layer of char coal/coke & salt all around bottom and top with alternative layer. 20mm GI light grade pipe for watering (should be 10cm above GL) and including socket, plug, funnel, wire mesh, CI cover 10mm thick hanged to CFI frame, using PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in earthing pit chamber including necessary form work, excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR (Part – I) including taking out/dismantling old unserviceable earthing system complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Test point shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ. (iii) Earthing work shall be carried out in the presence of MES representative.

Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Earthing work shall be carried out in the presence of MES representative.

Supply and fixing in replacement test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw including taking out/down old unserviceable test point with box any type, including making good to disturbed surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Box shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ

Supply and fixing GI tubes 32mm bore, light grade, galvanised with all fittings, fixed along walls/ on roof with necessary fixing arangements complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing GI tubes 40mm bore, light grade, galvanised with all fittings, fixed along walls/ on roof with necessary fixing arangements complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for replacement distribution board sheet steel phosphatised powder coated for MCB with copper bus bar and neutral link earthing stud SPN 8 way 240 volts double door complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 32-40 Amps 240 Volts 'C' curve complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps 240 Volts 'C' curve complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power point ) complete including fitting such as hylem sheet switches, ceiling rose, pendent holder sockets, regulator except concealed conduit and sunken boxes etc and making good distrubed surfaces of wall and floors etc to match with the existing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for flame proof point wiring in concealed/ surface ERW suitable steel conduit using starnded copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm, PVC insulated unsheathed ZHFR cable complete with all fittings and flameproof accessories except junction boxes and 1.5 sqmm earth wire multi stranded ZHFR copper earth wire to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note:- Surface finishing of disturbed surface of wall and finishing of existing matching painting to be included in the item rate.)

Supply and fixing of flame proof LED light fitting 2x16 watt CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size.

Supply and fixing switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
