The work includes excavation of foundation base concreting in cc ratio 1:6 M as 12 1st class brick work in ratio 1:4 with coarse sand ,foundation cc in ratio 1:4:8 using M.S bar of 12 mm dia for reinforcement the work includes laying of 2 nos rail pieces 4 mtr long as per drawing/practice the plinth shall be finished in all respect. (only rail piece and M.S angle provided by the department)

Construction of masonry type plinth for 33KV VCB of size 1.6x1.6x1 M brick, sand, cement and stone grit including grouting of 4 Nos foundation Bolts for erection of 33KV VCB.

Isolator Structure-Fabrication of Isolator structure minimum 3.5 mtr overall height and 2.5 mtr above ground level as per RESSPO drawing, with help of M.S channel 125x65 mm two pieces of M.S channel joined to each other by M.S flat 50x6 mm, diagonally at the interval of 0.5 mtr and top & bottom of the structure. Grouting of Isolator structure in CC (cement ,coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) including supply of necessary T&P and painting os structure complete.(only M.S channel and angle provided by the deptt)

Lightning Arrestor/ CT structure : - Fabrication of lightning arrestor/CT structure as per RESSPO drawing with the help of 2 nos M.S channel 125x65 mm minimum 3.5 mtr long grouting 1 mtr deep from ground level in cc in ratio 1:4:8. complete in all respect.

Erection of structures, grouting, plinthing of ALL structures equipment.

Mounting of accessories/equipment on fabricated structure complete work with making proper alignment and tightening the work includes fabrication work if required for proper operation of equipment .

Hoisting of 11 KV XLPE cable on double pole with GI pipe of size 4" dia 3 M long including its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts(all material arranged by contractor).

Stringing & Sagging of three phase 11 kv line on ACSR Rabbit conductor as per RESPO Norms.

Stringing and sagging of three nos. Earth/GI wire withh caddle guarding of above 11 kv line as per RESPO Norms. Shifting of existing line conductor of 11 Kv/LT lines to maintain proper clearence in between both lines.

Guarding of O/H Line (50 Mtr span)- Fabrication and fixing of gaurding angle on single/double Polesr as per RESSPO Norms including provision of all necessary clamps and hooks.Shifting of existing line conductor of 11 KV/LT lines to maintain proper clearence in between both Lines.(all the material arranged by contractor except steel and GI wire 6 swg)

Route Survey & profiling of 11 KV line from Newly proposed 33 /11 KV s/s Sisendi New to Vairous 11 KV Feeder

Plotting of cable layout rute on graph paper (i.e. depth underneath and distance from either side from prominent reference fixed point ) the reference point must not be more than 10 mtr.

Grouting,Plinting and Painting of new erected 11M long ST/PCC poles of single pole support,double pole cable exposures and end type poles of 11 KV lines

Digging of Pit in kachcha/Pakka land in depth upto 1/6 length of Pole, Dragging of STP/PCC from near by place/Dump, Erection of Single pole along with stone pad in bottom with proper alignment of line for 11 KV line on 11 M long ST/PCC Pole and refilling with ramming of earth.

Grouting of pole in depth of 1/6 the length of pole in ratio 1:4:8 in cement sand and brick balast as per RESPO norms.

Construction of pole plinth 300mm x 450 mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone gritt as per RESPO norms.

High Pressure Testing and fault location of 11 KV cables/line/ as per norms

Return back balance material & Cable Drum from site to LESA store daliganj .

SCANING/ TRACING OF EXISTING UNDERNEATH POWER CABLES, WATER PIPE LINE , GAS PIPE LINE , SEWER PIPE LINE ON PROPOSED ROUTE TO AV OID POSSIBLITES OF ANY KIND OF DAMAGE DURING DIGGING OF TRENCH/DRILLING FOR LAYING CABLE. (SCANNING MA CHINE WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR)
