Providing 03 (Three) Numbers data entry operators(Skilled Clerical) for the period of 11 months from date of commencement of work as per work order No.1. The individual deployed should be skilled and between 18 to 35 years of age. The individual should be atleast higher secondary pass (12th) with a fair command on English. The individual should have sufficient knowledge of computer operations like MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access), basic of internet use, typing of official letters and documents, preparing of reports and keeping the office record update. Typing Test Certificate should be deposited to office before joining the job. Detailment of Data entry Operator is as under :- (i) GE (P) Dappar - 03 Pers Total - 03 Pers/Per Month (Excluding Sunday i.e 26 days = Month)

Conservancy and Housekeeping staff (Unskilled) for Office buildings, Living Rooms, Corridor, Passage, Lobbies, Toilets, Stores Room, Garrages, dusting, washing, grass cutting including removal shifting of materials, from one place toanother manualy & disposal of waste etc of GE (Project) Dappar by providing 03 Nos of Safaiwala in a shift of 8 hours / day each (Except Sunday and Holidays) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Notes :- (a) Area of Office Buildings (Except Toilet) - 600.00 Sqm (b) Corridor, Passage, Lobbies - 195.00 Sqm (c) Toilets - 23.00 Sqm (d) Store Room, Garrages - 207.00 Sqm Scale of Conservancy Staff / Safaiwala:- (i) GE (P) Dappar - 03 Pers Total - 03 Pers/Per Month (Excluding Sunday i.e 26 days = Month)

Outsourcing of day to day maintenance services and upkeep of all internal and external assets of area of Dappar under GE (Project) Dappar including repair / replacement of damaged / defective civil and electrical fittings and fixtures i.e all electricity related works, 11 KV Sub Station, Carpentry Works, Water Supply / sanitary fittings i.e plumbing work, repair to plaster, flooring, masonry work etc and complete by providing sufficient T & P except material (which shall be supplied by the department free of cost) as per direction of the Engineer in Charge and operations defined as under (Necessary materials required to attend the complaint / Job shall be issued by the department free of cost:- (All days).

Providing Services of Carpenter (Semi Skilled) for maintenance, repairing and fixing of damaged doors, windows, ventilators of steel / wood / PVC/Aluminium etc at all floors, fixing of glass panes of doors / windows including fittings, looking mirrors and all other carpentry works required to keep them in proper functional conditions to the entire satisfaction and as per direction of the Engineer in Charge. (All working days 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM - 01 No Carpenters) Distribution : GE (P) Dappar - 01

Providing Services of mason (Semi Skilled) for maintenance and repair of all internal and external plaster, flooring, all masonry work, RCC, PCC, leakage of roof, floor traps, WC, joints of pipe and fitting and fixing frames formanholes, traps etc to the entire satisfaction and as per direction of the Engineer in Charge. (All working days 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM - 01 No Mason) Distribution : GE (P) Dappar - 01

Providing Services of Plumber (Semi Skilled) for maintenance and repair of plumbing system for entire campus including repairing leakages or overflows of water from PVC / RCC overhead tanks, cisterns, replacement of GI pipes, fittings and fixtures to keep the entire water supply system efficient and functional to the entire satisfaction and as per direction of the Engineer in Charge. (All working days 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM - 1 No Plumbers) Distribution : GE (P) Dappar - 01

Providing Services of electrician (Semi Skilled) for maintenance and repair of complete electrical system for the entire campus including repairing / replacing of electrical fitting and fixtures e.g florescent lights, CFL/LED lights, Fans (Exhaust / Ceiling / Wall mounted), Switch / sockets, external street lights, 11 KV sub station i.e ACB / OCB, MLTP, APTP, APFC panel, capacitor panel, DG panels, DG sets, HT / LT cables etc and keep the entire electricity supply system efficient and functional to the entire satisfaction and as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.
