Supply of kiln burnt 1st class bricks having proper size & shape suitbale for cable protective cover as per instruction of site engineer

Laying of bricks as per drawing & instruction of site engineer

Micro-tunnelling work with laying of HDPE pipe without laying of U.G. cable including supply of HDPE pipe 160mm diam PE-80 PN-6 as per instruction of site engineer

Laying & dressing of 11 KV XLPE 3x300 sq.mm cable in concrete cable trenches inside ETERNIS premises as per instruction of site engineer including spare, loop and riser arrangements.

Laying & dressing of 11 KV XLPE 3x300 sq.mm cable in the excavated cable trenches as per drawing no. PLN(D)/SS/104 dt. 05.05.2015 and as per instruction of site engineer including spare, loop and riser arrangements.

Making & fixing of end termination joint indoor or outdoor type for 11KV XLPE 3x300 sq.mm cable including fixing of the jointing box at the existing structure and with WBSEDCL supplied jointing materials.

Arrangement for termination joint / straight through joint (Jointing kit will be supplied by WBSEDCL) where the work of jointing will be done by WBSEDCL’s own personnel or other agency. But necessary arrangements for properly covering top and all sides of jointing pits with tarpaulin / polythene sheet has to be made at the time of jointing. Also required manpower is to be provided to help the cable jointer for straightening the cable at the joint location and re-arrangement of cable loops until completion of jointing and necessary lighting arrangement is to be done, if required.

Making protective duct for Cable Joint complete as per WBSEDCL's Approved Drawing. Ref. Drg. No. PLN(D)/SS/106 dated 05.05.2015

Supply and fixing of CI cable markers on concrete foundation blocks for straight run as per specification and direction of the site Engineer. Ref. Drawing No. PLN(D)/SS/107 dated 05.05.2015

Supply and fixing of Cable Tags

Supply & fixing / laying of G.I. Pipe 150 mm dia (medium) of make TATA / JINDAL / Equivalent as per I.S.I. suitable for cable protection as per instruction of site engineer.

Making of Straight Through/Transition Joint including making of jointing pit for 11KV 3X95 sqmm XLPE cable without supply of jointing materials excluding making of "protection duct for cable joint"

Making of jointing pit only by the excavation of soil suitable for making of straight through joint of 11 KV cable including laying of platform with bricks for placement of joint box & pitching up of temporary tent by providing bamboo & tarpolene & re-instatement of the jointing pit with the excavated soil after completion of jointing work and providing assistance during jointing work

Earthing of cable armour by G.I. earth electrode of G.I Pipe 50 mm diameter and 3000 mm length with perforations of 12 mm dia holes@150 mm from each other at right angles along with type top cap & clamp. The clamp shall be 250 mm long, manufactured with 65 x 6 mm G.I flat and the electrode shall be inserted vertically in the bore hole of 300 mm dia in earth and G.I. Flat ( All materials except GI Pipe electrode to be supplied by the contractor)
