Taking down existing water proofing treament any nos of layers and of any description, incl. demolition and taking off PCC padding/plaster on RCC slab,also including removing of bitument coating to show the concrete surface to its true colour and roughening etc and also removing the debris outside the MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing Mud puska in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and of any description, including removing of the debris outside the MOD Land up to distance 250 mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 including macthing existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded crsuhed stone aggregate) on roof padding avg. thickness 40 mm in slope finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick Screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying APP modified membarane with non woven polyester reinforcement mat (concrete core) not less than 3 mm thick & not less than 3.5 kg /sqm, the over lap torching shall be 100 mm on length side & 100 mm on width side over a tack coat of Industrial bitumen of 1.20 kg / Sqm over Bituminious based primer IS No. 3383@ 250 gms/sqm including apply of Aluminium colour synthetic enamel paint @ 200 gms/sqm all as per manufacture's instruction, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply only integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonary or surface other than fair face of brick works etc or similar surfaces etc including with mixing of water proofing liquid of Dr. fixit Qty as per manufactrer instruction, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PVDF aluminium composite panels with fire resistent mineral filled core material as in interior/exterior wall cladding on external wall surface shall consist of following complete all as specified and directed. (i) Aluminium sheet making a total panel thickness of 3 mm with outer surface finished with PVDF based coating 0.25mm ,inner surface finished with a thin coat of polyster paint. The thickness of aluminium cover sheet shall be 0.50 mm, inner core shall be of LDPE. (ii) Mild steel framing of section 25 mmx50 mm x1.50mm thick, including two coats of sythetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc primer. (iii) MS grid shall not be exceed 1.0 sqm each the MS grid not more than 1 m c/c and shall be fixed with MS angle 35x35x5 mm projected 150mm from surface of wall, (iv) Colour shall be approved by GE. (v) Joint shall be sealed with silicon weather proof sealing compound with help of masking Tapes. Note: Canopy, borders, projections etc will be measured in sqm for payment purpose.

S&F for 300mm size stainless steel letters, in Hindi / English and fix with stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of GI barbed wire fencing, any type, complete all as specified and directed.

S& F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red- oxide, zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Hot dipped galvanised concertina razer tape coil 900mm dia, spring steel high tensile centre core wire 2.5mm dia having 200-250 gm zink coating , 0-5mm thick razer sheet having 90-120 gm, zink coating & minimum 10mm width (before wraping centre core wire), with GI clip 1.6 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 12 mm thick toughned glass as in door with one door with all accessories (Suitable stainless steel handle 2 Nos, stainless steel Joint cleats, Suitable floor spring and with suitable stainless steel upper framing), including fixed to walls and floors with suitable clips and filling materials complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for embossing a logo (Airforce) on 12mm thick toughned glass in any type and size, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 12mm thick toughned glass as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes as required, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel'), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings whereever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS :1285, fixing with dash fasteners ofr equired dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snapbeading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
