M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 450x300x7 / 350x250 x7 mm mm thick but as on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado including 15mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade coloured vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of Each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade coloured vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of Each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, incl 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified.

M&L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms, working table and like over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or backing coat in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including moulding and rounding all as directed.

M&L for machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25 mm thick laid over screed base in cement and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel works of any description work etc.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Gde-E-165.

Cleaning of loft tanks of upto 300 ltr capacities in existing position by removing out the residual water from the tank, removing dirt, cleaning the internal surfaces of the tank with high pressure controlled water jet pump by using different nozzles as per requirement. After sucking out entire moss and algae by wet vaccume pump, wash the tank with clean drinking water tank cleaning solution on all internal surfaces, then cleaning the bottom surface of the tank with vaccume pump to make it dry and providing sticker showing the date of cleaning completely all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs plate rack made of stainless steel, 600 x 750X0.55mm including fixing as per manufacturers instruction.

S&F as in repairs flush pipe of PVC 32 mm dia for low level cistern.

M&L for (a) Cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus 100mm) of floors by wire brush.Chisel out any mortar sticking the surface.There after rendering of uneven surface with 6mm thik cement mortar with 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) mixed with integral water proofing compound to make it even. Fill it with water and check for dampness and seepage . Wherever dampness/seepage is noticed ,nozzel shall be fixed and grouting carried out . (b) All junction point of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty. (c) After drying putty , wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (d) Apply two coats of polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating as per manufacturer's instruction to bottom and vertical side up to finished floor level + 100mm height. The thickness of each layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky ,coarse and spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface. (e) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick cement motar 1: 4 mixed with integral water proffing compound as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. (f) Test the water proofed area by filling water at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. (g) All pipes laid the sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1: 3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (Black Japan).

M& L for taking down existing aluminium sliding window from aluminium frame carefully & refixing in the same position after replacing bearing wheels fixed at botom of shutter (02 Nos. in Each shutter 1st quality) including all fittings , screws, etc and fixing new aluminium section if required complete all as directed. (New aluminium section shall be paid in respective item)

S&F as in repairs aluminium grill with and including suitable aluminium anodised frame F/H section as requird manufactured by approved make as per design No DG- 104, 7.5 mm thick all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- charge.
