Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m All kinds of soil Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm metre dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Providing, lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position and jointing at all level/ depths ISi marked HDPE pipe of PE-100 grade and PN-6 for sewer. application as per IS 14333-1996 (amended up to date) in trenches in complete induding cost of HOPE Specials, labour, sectional hydro testing (including the cost and cnveyance of water to site for testing) and commissioning as per Technical Specifications and as per direction of Engineer. Note: E/w to be measured and paid separately. Providing and fixing C.I. Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, cum roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor four level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1: 1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-111) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality Rectangular shape 600x450 mm internal dimensions including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect below plinth level Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work , excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods of binding & placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Wiring for Light/Fan/call bell point with modular type switch/socket and GI box, Modular type face plate etc in 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable in 1.6 mm thick PVC conduit pipe Group A including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Laying of underground cable 0. 75 metre below ground level covered with sand and bricks including excavation and refilling of trenches 300 sqmm to 400 sqmm (3 to 3.5) including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.
