M&L for roof treatment of non approachable roof including complete removal of existing roof treatment in following stages:- (i) Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortor (1:3) mixed with polymer based liquid water proofing compound, surface finished fair and even. (ii) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384-1965 @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm till the roof surface is properly impregnated. (iii) Applying APP modified polymeric membrane over the bitumen coat surface, weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm and over lap 100mm and sealed by torch application as per manufacturer's instructions. (iv) Applying a coat of Aluminium paint @ 200 gm/sqm in two coats over polymeric membrene. Note:- Polymer based Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only polymer based liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all qoins, arches, pillars etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for brickwork with sub-class 'B' old size bricks, straright or corved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on wall of brick work or concrete surface, finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.
