Schedule 'A' Section - I

Excavation in trenches in hard dense soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide & n.exc 1.5mtr in depth and n. exc. 10sqm on plan for laying pipe in trenches and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable/defective/damaged/blockage GI pipe 80 mm bore steel water tubing,complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Exacavation and earhwork shall be measured and paid for separately.)

All as per serial item No. 4.00 here-in-before but of size 100mm bore -ditto-.

S&F GI tubing medium grade, ISI Marked conforming to IS 1239 Part-I 2004, 80mm bore with and including all fittings such as bends , elbows,tees, short length, socket, union, check nuts, nipples etc. fixed and laid in trenches/floor/under culvert/road crossing etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 6.00 here-in-before but of size 100mm bore -ditto-.

Taking out old unsv cast iron Rising Sluice valve PN1.6 as per IS-14846, body, dome, wedge-CI IS:210, rings-bronze IS:318, Spindal-SS IS:6603, of nominal size DN-150 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, fixing and testing of cast iron Rising Sluice valve PN1.6 as per IS-14846, body, dome, wedge-CI IS:210, rings-bronze IS:318, Spindal-SS IS:6603, Gland Packing greasy jute packing, fasteners-CS, Gasket- Natural rubber, nominal size DN-150 mm, both ends flanged in existing pipe line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Suitable size flanges for existing pipe line, Joints and jointing materials shall be included under this item.

Construction of brick masonary pit of size 90 x 90 x 90 cm internal size with MS sheet 3mm thick and angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including locking arrangement, lifting handle and including excavation / earth work, PCC in foundation, brick work, plaster including demolition of existing pit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Construction of brick masonary pit of size 120 x 120 x 120cm internal size with MS sheet 3mm thick and angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including locking arrangement, lifting handle and including excavation / earth work, PCC in foundation, brick work, plaster including demolition of existing pit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking out old flanged and drilled pipe line complete with all fittings and flanged joints,Tees,150mm dia, including necessary excavation ,returning and filling etc complete, removing unserviceable from site and transporting out of site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing hot finished seamless carbon steel pipe not less than YST-240, grade B as per ASTM A 106, Sch 40, nominal size NPS-150 mm, outer dia 168.30 mm, with nominal wall thickness 7.1 mm and weight 28.22 Kg/ Rm, including short pieces as required at site, laid in trenches/over RCC pillars/across or under bridges/along hill side (up or down)/culverts/inside valve pits complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Excavation Earth work, PCC, seamless pipe fittings, MS flanges & flanged joints shall measured and paid for separatly under relevant items. (ii) Work will be carried out in piecemeal loacations experienced based on break downs and weaker sections of existing rising main as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (iii) Any other expenses including permision from state authorities are included under this item.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing bends, suitable length, radius as specified and as per site requirement, made of hot finished seamless carbon steel pipe not less than YST-240, grade B as per ASTM A 106, Sch 40, nominal size NPS-150 mm, outer dia 168.30 mm, with nominal wall thickness 7.1 mm and weight 28.2 Kg/ Rm, including short pieces with flanged ends duly fabricated as required at site, laid in trenches/over RCC pillars/across or under bridges/along hill side (up or down)/culverts/inside valve pits complete all as specified snd directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE:- As per item No-13.00

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing of Tees, suitable length and as per site requirement, made of hot finished seamless carbon steel pipe not less than YST-240, grade B as per ASTM A 106, Sch 40, nominal size NPS-150 mm, outer dia 168.30 mm, with nominal wall thickness 7.1 mm and weight 28.2 Kg/ Rm, including short pieces with flanged ends duly fabricated as required at site, laid in trenches/over RCC pillars/across or under bridges/along hill side (up or down)/culverts/inside valve pits complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE:- As per item No- 13.00.

Taking out old unsv MS flange of nominal size DN-150 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing heavy duty MS flange of nominal size DN-150, duly painted with two coats of black japan paint, for NPS-150 mm nominal size pipes, 36 mm thick, 345 mm outer dia, having 8 nos hole of size 33 mm drilled for M30 size bolts for jointing with existing pipes,duly welded with pipes/tees/bends properly to both the plain ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Flanged joint for 150mm nominal size pipes comprising of one 3.0 mm steel reinforced compressed asbestos fibre gasket and 8 nos nuts, bolts of size M30 and 125 mm length and 2 nos washers 3 mm thick for each bolt to joint pipes/fittings/bends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Cutting Seamless carbon steel pipe/ GI pipes in position and reducing to required length for insertion of new tees,branches, Mechanical Joints etc, all as directed. Size of pipe 80/100/150mm bore

Taking out old unsv high pressure, heavy duty ball type cast steel Non return valve/ check valve, nominal size DN-150 mm, PN 10, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, fixing and testing of high pressure, heavy duty ball type cast steel Non return valve/ check valve, nominal size DN-150 mm, PN 10, conforming to BS 1868, Class 600, suitable to hydrostatic test pressure for body 156 kg/sq cm & for seat 115 kg/sq cm, both ends flanged in existing line, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Suitable size MS flanges for existing pipe line, Joints and jointing materials shall be included under this item.

Taking out old unsv Cast Iron Air Release Valves with double air Outlets, conforming to of size 150 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of Cast Iron Air Release Valves with double air Outlets, in seamless carbon steel pipe supply mains of size 150 mm dia complete all as specified and qty as per requirement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F GI tubing medium grade, ISI Marked conforming to IS 1239 Part-I 2004, 20mm bore with and including all fittings such as bends , elbows,tees, short length, socket, union, check nuts, nipples etc. fixed and laid in trenches/floor/under culvert/road crossing etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Water meter for 20mm bore pipe confirming ISI marked complete all as specified and directed .

S&F of bronze gate valve for 20mm bore pipe , with iron wheel head , screwed both ends for iron pipe anf fixed ISI marked conforming to IS 778 : 1984 complete all as spc. and directed.

Cutting/threading of 15 to 25 mm bore existing pipe lines and providing socket ,union , reducer , nipple incl. jointing materials and testing/ commissioning the pipe line on full pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Amount of credit of Rs. 131835.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
