For Foundation (I Depth)

Filling with good dry Msand including cost and conveyance to site and labour charges for filling, watering, tamping etc. complete

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight hard granite broken stone of 40mm size ISS gauge) for foundation and footing including mixing, placing, ramming ,finishing curing etc. complete in accordance with standard specification and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Filling in Basement with Collection and supply of gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc.complete,

Brick work with cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x2" for foundation and basement and superstructure inculding cost and conveyance of all materiales curing etc ,complete.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:11/2:3 mix using 20 mm HBGS metal inculding cost and coveyance of all materials to site including labour for mixing ,laying,curing etc complete.,

For Foundation

Supplying and erection centering for sides and soffits inculding necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as RCC Slab,Lintel,Beam coloum,sunshade etc complete.,.

Upto basement

Supplying and fabrication,placing in position of mild steel or ribbed Tor steel grils for RCC works inculding cost of steel and binding wire etc.

Special Ceiling Plastering in CM 1:3 mix, 10mm thickness including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc. complete.

Plastering with Cement Morter 1:5 mix 12 mm thick inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc

Granolithic Flooring CC1:2:4 (one of cement two of sand and four hard brokken stone) 25mm thick using 20mm ISSmetals including all other charges etc.,

Ceramic tiles flooring laying with new ceramic tiles of size 300x300x6 mm laid in C M 1:3 inculding cost of white cement and labour charges etc

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2 20mm thick and pointing with white cement 0.4kg/sqm mixed with colouring pigment to suit the colour of the tiles including finishing the joint neatly complying with std specification

Painting the cement Plastered wall surface with two coats of ready mixed Oil Bound Distember (OBD)of Ist quality including cleaning preparing the surface etc. complete. Complying with standared specification.

Painting the Plastered surface with two coats of ready mixed Plastic emulsion paint of Ist quality over one coat of priming coat for plastered surface including cleaning preparing the surface etc. complete.

Painting two coat of new iron works such as steel Doors,windows,ventilators, etc., with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the priming coats,etc.

Supply and fixing of MS Rolling Shutter including the cost of materials and labour charges, conveyance to the site and fixing charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Wiring with 2x 1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall an ceiling PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum shet cover with TW switch box and 5 A F.T switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light / fan point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil) (SD 18)

Supply and fixing of MS Rolling Shutter including the cost of materials and labour charges, conveyance to the site and fixing charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyace of all materials and all labour charges, etc.
