Demolition Brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removing rubbish outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of Premium emulsion including priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint on surfaces of walls over a coat of wall putty to make surfaces smooth.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from surfaces of walls/ ceiling, washing with water and applying two coats of Premium emulsion paint as per manufacturers instructions over a coat of primer over two coats of putty 1.5mm thick each layer each to level the surface and finished smooth with emery paper No.180 followed by emery paper No.320 or 400 and wipe it clean complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge. Note:- (i)The putty surface should be finished even smooth and dent free before application of primer, stage passing shall be taken for each building at every stage. .

M&L for preparation of Old/Newly plastered surface and applying two coats of exterior antifungal exterior paint as per manufacturers instructions over a coat of true care exterior wall primer over two coats of external birla putty 1.5mm thick each layer each to level the surface and finished smooth with emery paper No.180 followed by emery paper No.320 or 400 and wipe it clean complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

S&F Non skid joint less coloured ceramic non skid tiles 7-8mm thick size 300x300 mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and laid over M&L 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement and tiles shall be free from visible defects including dismantling existing tile work with screed bed. Note:- Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by AGE. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement over 15mm thick rendering or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 and including dismantling existing tile work with plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of UPVC windows or UPVC framed portion 3 track 3 panel sliding window with two glazed and one wire mesh sliding shutters of profile width of from 40 mm to 45 mm, limit thermal conductivity to l.3 Kcal/sqm/hr centigrade, sound insulation up to 4-0 bds, Density, 1.46 gm/ml, Tenstile strength - 43.9N/sqmm, % Elongation at break - 215, Tenstile mpduls - 2840N/Sqmm, Flexural strength - 51N/sqmm, Heat aging at 150 degrees - No surface defect, Thickness - 2 mm, Flexural moduls elasticity 2200N / sqmm, double baskets & wool pile on window, multi point gear locking at different sides of frame, anti lift device on slide windows with temper proof screws with and including glazed shutter fixed with 5 mm thick plain sheet glass & wire mesh shutter with stain less steel wire cloth 304 grade stainless steel with 0.254 mm (30 gauge) dia of steel wire and 0.95 mm width of aperature and including Dismantling/Cutting of existing windows any type and make good and match with existing walls at any hight complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge all as specified.
