Taking out water storage tank carefully from the system, soldering to the water tank to prevent water leakage and re-fixing the water tank inside the water cooler of 150/80 ltrs capacity.

M&L in repair/replacement of the internal electrical circuit by flexible copper insulated conductor of suitable size with thimbles, sockets etc all as required at site for water coolers having 80 ltrs capacity.

S&F of Lid gasket set (top & bottom) of required size suitable for 40/80 ltrs cpacity water coolers including taking out old worn out gasket set.

Installation of water coolers after repair including connecting to water supply system and electrical system, properly testing for cooling, auto cut ON/OFF of the system, sound less & vibration proof working system complete all as directed and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for re-insulation with glass wool/thermocol to pre-cast the water tank from external heat as required at site for water coolers of any size and capacity complete all as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing & cleaning of water cooler by taking it out from the existing place, clearing with blower and soap water solution, making dust free to the system, tightening all nuts, bolts, screws etc, oiling to blower motor and refixing the water cooler in existing place properly to make sure that there is not extra sound from water cooler complete all as directed and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of PVC pipe connection, both end screwed 18” long 15mm dia with brass nuts and neoprene washers for water cooler/ desert coolers etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling/taking out water cooler for major repair such as repair/replacement of compressor, fan motor, tank repair etc of any makes & size from any place and any capacity, transported to workshop & back complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replacement of damaged parts i.e. compressor, fan motor etc. shall be measured & paid seperately.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of Compressor (Sealed unit) suitable for 60/120 Ltr capacity Water Cooler.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of Compressor (Sealed unit) suitable for 40/80 Ltr capacity Water Cooler.

M&L for Gas Charging of Water Cooler 60/120 and 40/80 Ltr capacity including necessary R-22/ R-134 gas, filter, anti moisturising agent, soldering /brazing, necessary copper capillary tube any size and testing complete. Note:- Cost of Refrigrant gas shall be deemed included in quoted rates.

M&L for submain wiring with two single core FRLS PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable 4 Sqmm including rigid heavy duty PVC conduit size 25 mm dia in existing surface including all accessories along with 4.0 Sq mm PVC insulated copper standard conductor earth wire connected to main wring system complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting the refrigerators from the system for servicing/cleaning, taking out regrigerators form the existing places, clearing with blower and soap water solution making dust free to the system tightening all nuts bolts screws etc, refixing the refrigerators in existing places properly to make sure that there is not extra sound from refrigerators.

S&F in repair/replacement of Cooling coil/Evaporator coil complete for refrigerators of different makes and different capacities i.e 165/180/300 ltrs including taking out old unserviceable cooling coils.

S&F in repair/replacement of suitable size Chill tray for refrigerator of 165/180/300 ltr capacities after taking out old chill tray.

S&F in repair/replacement of Door gasket for refrigerator after taking out old unserviceable door gasket set.

Taking out unserviceable compressor from refrigerator of capacity 165 to 310 ltr of any make by un-screwing from base plate after disconnecting all electrical and suction / discharge pipe connections complete and fixing compressor (sealed unit) and providing all electrical connections to respective terminals including changing of unserviceable connecting wires as per the existing. Brazing of suction and discharge lines with new compressor and vacuuming the system and testing / rectification of leakage, charging of refrigerant gas as per requirement to achieve proper cooling effect and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Compressor (sealed unit), Refrigerant Gas and Spare Parts required for replacement for satisfactory repair shall be paid and measured separately under relavant items.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of Compressor (sealed unit) with relay suitable for refrigerators of capacity 200 to 280 ltrs complete all as specified & directed.

All as per srl item No. 29 above but for capacity of 165/175 ltrs.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of Thermostatic switch with knob suitable for Refrigerator. Make :- Indfoss/ Ranutrol

Removing rusted worn out bottom base portion of refrigerator/deep freezer of any size and type including welding and making the surface as original along with painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of super synthetic enamel paint matching to the original colour of refrigerator complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable compressor from Deep Freezer of capacity 310/320 ltr of any make by un-screwing from base plate after disconnecting all electrical and suction/ discharge water pipe connections, fixing new compressor (sealed unit), making all electrical connections to respective terminals including changing of unserviceable connecting wires as per the existing, brazing of suction and discharge lines with new compressor and vacuuming the system and testing / rectification of leakage, charging of refrigerant gas as per requirement to achieve proper cooling effect and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Compressor (sealed unit), Refrigerant Gas and Spare Parts required for replacement for satisfactory repair shall be paid and measured separately under relavant items.

M&L for Gas Charging of Deep Freezers having 310 to 320 Ltr capacities including R-22/134/320 gas, filter, anti moisturising agent, soldering/brazing, necessary copper capillary tube of any size and testing complete. Note:- Cost of Refrigerant gas shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S&F in repair/replacement of Compressor (sealed unit) with relay suitable for Deep Freezer of capacity 310 to 320 ltrs all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair/replacement of single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole 20 Amps MCB, 240 volt complete all as spacified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB single pole 25 Amps 240 volts, 50 Hz , 10 KA 'C' series in existing distribution board.

Supply and fix MCB single pole and neutral 32 Amps 240 volts, 50 Hz , 10 KA 'C' series in existing distribution board.

Taking down unserviceable Window/Split Air Conditioner of any capacity make by un-screwing from base plate after disconnecting all electrical and suction / discharge pipe connections complete and making necessary repairs as required like fixing new compressor (sealed unit) and providing all electrical connections to respective terminals including changing of unserviceable connecting wires as per the existing. Brazing of suction and discharge lines with new compressor and vacuuming the system and testing/ rectification of leakage, fixing cooling coil, charging of refrigerant gas as per requirement to achieve proper cooling effect and testing after refixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Compressor (sealed unit), air cooling coil, condensor coil, Refrigerant Gas and spare parts required for replacement for satisfactorily repair shall be paid and measured separately under relavant items.

M&L for Refrigerant Gas ie R-22/134/320 or any other suitable gas for charging of Split/ Window type AC units of capacity of 1.5/2 TR including necessary filter, anti-moisturising agent complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of Copper Pancake Coil Nitrile Foam Insulation Tube, Class-1, Inner Diameter - 1/2 Inch (12.7mm) & Wall Thickness - 19 mm, Pack of 1 Pcs of 2m length for suction and discharge line copper tubing for split type AC 1.5/2 ton capacity complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for repairs to Voltage stabilizer of 4/5 KVA capacity, single phase, 230 Volts of various make after disconnecting incoming and outgoing electric connection and carry out minor repair work such as repairing of internal worn out wires, repair to electronic circuit plate, low/high cutoff circuit and replacement of unserviceable parts including testing by connecting on load and adjusting low/high cutoff and timing relay all as directed. Note :- Spares required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under relavant items.
