Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as directed by Engr- In- Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not oterwise provided for complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for Use & waste of Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing horizontal or slopping similar work not. exc 200mm thick for flat rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: The formwork when provided for inverted slab on existing bldgs will not be possible to removed after execution. The quoted rate shall be deemed included this provision.

M & L for Use and waste of flat formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies deck slabs, and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Reinforced cement concrete M-25 grade with 20 mm graded aggregate beams, cantilever, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers & binders, cut to length, bent to shapes required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for block masonry with Pre cast AAC blocks of size 600x200x200mm, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1 : 6 including, complete all as specified and directed. completed all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry/ concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonry surfaces mixed with WPC and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI marked as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 20mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ Thickness of concrete slab in mm 250mm for crumple joint

Material and labour for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick joint free premium quality dark shed vitrified ceramic tiles area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not ecceeding 1.00 sqm as in floors set and jointed and pointed in white or colour cement to match existing surfaces laid over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick joint free premium quality dark shed vitrified ceramic tiles area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not ecceeding 1.00 sqm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match existing surfaces over 10mm thick rendering in cement cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

Rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc. Fe 410 - W (Gde-E - 250) quality- A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work in tubular trusses, purlins including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161 grade St-240 including notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts including rivets or nuts and bolts, providing and fixing cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc and also for wedging, plumbing, turning up & fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment with riveted, bolted or welded attachment Fe-410 (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 10cm and n.exc 15cm long and dia of neck 16 to 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as directed.

Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS-15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces.

S&F 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc. complete all as specified.

S & F for submain wiring with 2 single core PVC insulated & PVC unsheathed FRLS-H cable 1100 Volt grade with 2.5 Sqmm copper multistranded conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit 25mm bore concealed or surface on walls/ceiling/floors/existing conduit including 2.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Two runs of main cable, one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of conduit will be measured and paid as one length only. (ii) The rate quoted only for surface on walls/ceiling/floors/existing conduit, concealed wiring including cutting chases, measured in separately under item No 32.00 as required.

Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Glow sign board made with suitable frame work for one side retro reflective sign boards, made of 3 mm thick coloured ACP (aluminium composite panel) sheet make Alstrong/ ALUDECOR/ Alucoband/ Eurobond/ Armstrong as approved by GE, including wiring/ pasting words/ figures/ numbers/ logos of any size/ pattern & height with self adhesive reflective transparent prismatic engineering grade tape (Radium tape) of approved make complete all as per manufacturer instruction and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (i) The words/ figure/ number/ logos shall be computer aided machine cut. (ii) Quoted rate shall include for necessary scaffolding etc. for fixing of board at required heights. (iii) Suitable no of LED internally wired housed on gate pillars with GI/ MS Square pipe legs and connected with junction box back side opening for repair work.

M&L for single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20A capacity complete all as specified.
