Demolition of PCC block / RR walling built in cement motar including coping complete.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone walls including taking out joints hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water complete.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in loose / soft soil each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returnining, filling in ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around to layers n.exc 25 cm including removal of surplus soil to a distancen.exc 50 mtr and making good surfaces all as directed.

Excavation in trenches n' exc 1.5 m wide and n' exc 1.5 m deep for foundation and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning fillings in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layer n' exc 25 cm each layer complete all as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n'exc 50 m and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

M& L for moorum filling in floors laid in layers n exc, 15cm thick, spread levelled and rammmed incl watering etc complete

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in fdns, filling and mass concrete

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour RCC 1:2:4 type, B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for footings / foundation of columns all as directed.

Material and labour RCC 1:2:4 type, B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for column all as specified and as directed

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No 18 above but except stones.

Material and labour for providing coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B 0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating necessary formwork etc complete all as directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:, type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggrgates all as directed

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 ,using 12.5mm aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete allas directed.

Supply and fix mild steel angle iron for fencing posts and struts including cutting tops to shape, as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh including all necessary drilling, bolting or revetting etc and similar work conforming to Fe -410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flat iron 40 X 6 mm cut to required length including drilling holes for fixing of nut and bolts to hold chain link fencing all as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel bolts, 10 mm dia and 65 mm long, purpose / machine made with hexagonal head or square hed one end and crewed on other end, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and on hexagonal or square nut all as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh,size & type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire all as directed. NOTE: Chain link fencing shall be measured and paid as separately as supply only.

Supply only chain link fencing made cut from GI wire 10 gauge and 50 mm apperture weight not less than 3 kg / Sqm.

Supply and fix in reapirs galavanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc all as directed. NOTE: Each line of wire to be measured.

Supply and fix 10 mm dia mild steel round bars to tighten chain link fencing including necessary hooking, binding cutting all as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not les than 0.90 mm dia all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 30 above but 8 to 10 mm dia in stirrups

Material and labour use and waste form work to concrete foundation / footings for rough finished surfaces all as directed.

All as per item No 32 above but for columns.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 20mm aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, and setting in mortar complete with joints to match set in CM 1:4

Material and labour for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand.

Precast RCC pipe 300mm bore class NP-2 with one collar per length of pipe, laid in trenches and jointed in cement joint after taking down/out as existing at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (th ickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic eanamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer for new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth including preparatrion of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of weather coat apex on and including old plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces all as directed.

An amount of Rs 40,350.00 shall be deducted from BOQ on account of schedule of credit
