Taking out the electric geyser of capacity 25 Ltrs carefully from its installed positions by disconnecting inlet and outlet water pipes, dismantling the unit and replacing the defective parts and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint and writing MES No and safely keeping a side & refixing in its original position after completion of civil work and reconnecting the inlet/outlet water pipes and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The spare parts required shall be measured and paid separetly under relevant items of this BOQ.
