SCHEDULE A - (PART-I) SEWAGE TREATMENT

M&L for Supply and fixing in repairs chemical dosing pump suitable for pumping of treatment chemical calcium/sodium hypochlorite (Granular chlorine of min 65% concentration) and water solution with pumping capacity of minimum 60 LPH, alongwith foot valve, dosing valve and 3 Mtrs tubing. Dosing tank of capacity 500 Liters LDPE having min dia of 725mm and min height of 1260 mm alongwith lid and accessories 1/2" or 3/4" male connection for pump suction and drain with ball valve, chemical inlet funnel and level sight. Agitataor suitable for 500 liters tank with driving unit of capacity 0.5 HP, 3ph, IE-2, rotomotive gear box, RPM-135, SS304 agitator shaft with 3 blade type impeller.

MSEP frame made out of MS channel as specified by the OEM suitable for the complete dosing system. all as specified and directed. conforming to model No 60-AD43-D69-DPBM of Sandur fluid controls or equivalent make with the following specifications:- a) Type-Electromechanical, Diaphragm type b) Design capacity-93 LPH @ 0 kg/cm2 c) Working capacity- 69 LPH @ 10 kg/cm2 d) Pressure- 10 kg/cm2 e) MOC of dosing head- PP f) Power- 415V, 0.5HP, 3 Phase, IE-2

M&L for surface cleaning of all the below mentioned items and scrapping the old paint from the surface and painting the one coat of primer after cleaning including preparation of old steel surface exceeding 10 cm width or girth and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint on machineries/equipments/filters/motors /pumps/compressors/ ladders/ walkovers/ pipelines/ cable trays/switch boards, panels and any other parts connected to STP/ SLPH with paint of approved colour using spray gun complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for emptying the tanks of the STP and scrapping the depositted sludge on the side surface of the tanks and cleaning including preparation of tanks/separaters and any other parts connected to STP applying one coat of bituminous black paint all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate quoted is deemed to include for emptying and preparation the surface of tanks and other parts of painting.

M&L for cleaning of primary settling /collection tank of dia 15 Mtrs and height of min 10 Mtrs at Arga by pumping out raw sewage with the aid of suitable non clog submersible/surface mounted pumps, removing the sludge settled at the bottom, cleaning the bottom and side surface of the tanks by scrapping with steel scrappers and wire brush, finally cleaning with dilute chemical solution of sodium hypochlorite &then with fresh water including writing letters on the outer surface of the tank with synthetic enamel paint as "TANK CLEANED ON ----(DATE) AND DUE ON ---DATE with 10cm high stencil cut English letter all as specified and directed. Note:- a) The chemical used for the cleaning of the tank is included in the above quoted rate b) The contractor is responsible for the transportation, labor and depistion of the removed sludge outside the cantt area as per prescribed guidelines isuued by CPCB or KSPCB all as specified and directed. and the above quoted rate includes the same.

All as per item No 04 herein before, but for Aeration tank of min dia 10 Mtrs and height of tank min 10 Mtrs of STP-1 at Arga.

All as per item No 04 herein before, but for equilisation tank of size 30x15 Mtrs height of tank min 10 Mtrs of STP-1 at Arga.

All as per item No 04 herein before, but for secondary clarifier tank at Arga of STP-1 at Arga.

All as per item No 04 herein before, but for chlorine contact chamber of STP-1 at Arga

Supply and fix in repair V-belt of suitable size alongwith making correct allignment with the existing pulleys of the blower motor and pumps for Air Blower of capacity 60 HP &12.5 HP all as specified and directed.

Supply only lubricating oil suitable for lubrication of the beraing housing assembly of non clog centifugal seage pumps of different capacities installed at STP-01 Arga having grade of 20/40W all as specified and directed.

Supply only Gear oil of high quality having grade HP-90 all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out the electric motor of capacity upto 60 HP of mono block pumping set /centrifugal pumps/Air compressor of any make, strip opening the motor, cutting/removing the existing burnt winding and rewinding using super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge to match with the existing winding with same no of turns, including replacing sleeves, cotton taps etc, varnishing the winding by keeping in hot oven for drying to attain required insulation resistance & replacing ball bearing, re-assembling the motor and refixing the same in original position, testing the motor for min of 08 Hrs continuous running including testing of the winding resistance etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- a) The above quoted rate includes the dismantling of the motor from the compressor assembly and refixing the same after carrying out the requisite repairs/rectifications all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-12 here in before, but of capacity 50 HP all as specified and directed.

M&L for supply and fixing of non clog centrifugal pump and motor suitable for pumping of raw sewage water from collection tank to aeration tank suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Ph and of capacity 12.5 HP suitable for suction and delivery of size 100x100mm, pump suction should be axial and radial discharge, head -10 to 25 Mtrs, flow rate- 750 to 2500 LPM, RPM-1440 and impeller dia not less than-292mm conforming to Model No SP4L+ of Kirloskar or equivalent in ABB/CG all as specified and directed. . Note:- a) The above quoted rate includes the dismantling of the old unsv motor and pump assembly and refixing the new pump and motor. b) The above quoted rate includes the base frame suitabe for pump and motor assembly made out of MS C-channel of size 120x100mm c) The old unsv pump and motor to be deposited in AGE E/M store yard for disposal action as per procedure in vogue.

MM & L for dismantling, transportation, servicing , refixing and testing of air compressor of capacity 60 HP (Air Blower ), Make : KAY through qualified service engineer/OEM including removal of old oil & filling of new oil upto required level in sump, replacement of gasket, bearings etc incl replacement of the old unsv filter assembly with the new filter assembly, minimising the vibration of the blower, rectifying the air leakages if any persists in the system by rectifying the defects, making the allignment of the blower assembly with the motor alongwith V belt for allignement between bower and motor pulleys all as specified and directed. Note: a) The oil for blower is to be measured as and paid seperately. b) All the minor parts required for the reapir to blower assebly, filter assy, pulleys and allignment between the blower and motor is incl in the above quoted rate.

M&L for servicing of pump and motor assembly of sludge removel pump of capacity 5 HP incl dismantling of the pump and motor assembly from the foundation, servicing of the pump assembly complete along with strip opening of the pump casing, replacement of the old unsv impellers, casing body, shaft, bearings and wornout outer body of the pump , replacement of the universal type love joy coupling suitable for existing pump and motor arrangement alongwith nitrile rubber spider cushion all as specified, testing the pump and motor assembly complete after carrying out requiste allignment for proper opration without any vibration and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of sludge thickener clarifier assembly complete fitted at settling tank of STP-1 at Arga, by dismantling the complete unsv existing assembly of the clarifier consisiting of Motor, gear assembly, chain set, coupling, centre shaft, centre dome, MS pipe of dia 200mm of existing length after bypassing the raw seawge from the aeration tank to the chlorine contact tank and cleaning the inner surface of the clarifier tank of dia 10 Mtrs and depth not less than 10 Mtrs and removing the depositted sludge and cleaning the bottom surface of the clarifier tank, and painting the inner surafce of the tank with the high quality bituminous paint of black color all as specified and fixing of the factory made 10 Mtr dia sludge thickner clarifier assembly complete of centrally driven , inlet flow distribution through central feed well, sludge scrapping mechanism suitable for clarifier well of dia 10 Mtrs, full dia sweep. the bridge/platform to be made out of chequered MS Plate, peripheral speed of scrapping assembly to be 3 to 5 RPH, direction of rotation- cloackwise, side water depth-4 Mtrs, free board-0.5 Mtrs, bottom slope 1 in 12, size of feed well -2 Mtrs diax1.25 Mtrs height. Scrapper arm to be fabricated out of MS angles and flats,

squeezers made out of neoprene rubber, Central shaft MS"C" class pipe/structural, weir plate FRP, motor rating -1.00 HP, type-TFEC, squirrel cage flanged mounted induction motor suitable for 440 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 hz, insualtion class'F' Make: Crompton/ABB/Siemens, Gear box of planetary type (Make: Kavitsu or equiavlent ) incl surface preperation and cleaning the surface by wire brush and emery paper incl painting of all the wetted part with one coat of epoxy primer and followed by one coat of epoxy paint and non-wetted part with one coat of metal primer followed by one coat of synthetic enamel paint complet, alligning the clarifier thickner assemby on the platform and testing the complete assembly for proper working for 10 Hrs all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- a) The chemical used for the cleaning of the tank is included in the above quoted rate b) The contractor is responsible for the transportation, labor and depistion of the removed sludge outside the cantt area as per prescribed guidelines isuued by CPCB or KSPCB all as specified and directed. and the above quoted rate inncludes the same. c) Old unsv motor, gear assembly and chainset is to be depositted in AGE EM yard.

Taking down old unserviceable CI butter fly valve of any make and size and supply and fixing of new CI Butter fly valve slim seal design with nitrile rubber lined seat with clutch lever (p10) of size 100 mm conforming to IS 13095 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No- 21 here in before, but of size 150 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 21 here in before, but of size 50mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable pressure gauges from sewage line of 150mm and supply and fix pressure guages size 6" suitable for pressure rating PN 16 complete with syphons and components & fittings made out of SS suitable for sewage line including testing all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of MS galvanized nuts, bolts and washers of various sizes as per site requirement full threaded confirming to IS 2062 complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs and overhauling of existing gate valve of 200/100 mm including replacement of brass lock nuts, repairs to spindle and wheel, washers, rings SS nuts and bolts, gaskets including removing and refitting metalising on sewage lines including one coat of primer and two coats of epoxy paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs and overhauling of existing gate valve of 400/300 mm at main receiving chamber/ aeration tank at STP-01 including replacement of SS lock nuts, repairs to spindle and wheel, washers, rings SS nuts and bolts, gaskets including removing and refitting metalising on sewage lines including one coat of primer and two coats of epoxy paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for opening of sand media filter gate of STP-1 of size 1.2 meter dia 1.5 meter height after closing all inlet and outlet valves and removing old dirty sand media with old nut & bolt/gasket/washer from filter chamber and cleaning complete chamber, drying, preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint using spray gun and filling of new sand media as per standard procedure, fixing new old nut & bolt/gasket/washer etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :Filter media required shall be measured and paid as "Supply only"

Supply only granular fine pebbles of size 40mm to 3mm match to existing size and shape suitable for filter media of rapid sand water filters free from all types of salts, alkaline materials, minerals, silts, impurities etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only quartz/silica sand all as per existing suitable for dual filter complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down of existing LT Panel board along with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Feeder pillar made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet and mounted on angle iron frame of size 65x65x6mm and 450mm high (Indoor type) weather/dust proof, factory made, IP-54 with openable shutters on both sides front and rear having locking arrangements, totally enclosed weather proof, powder coated over a coat of primer suitable for 440V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 C/s, aluminium bus bar of of suitable size and capacity, AC supply, electrically connected as per norms and fitted including connecting up all out going MCCB/MCB with suitable size of Alu bus bar or with stranded copper cable and fixing on suitable 'U' shaped PCC platform comprising of the following accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

(i) Aluminium bus bar with proper colour code -04 Nos.1000 Amp Cap duly fixed on suitable size insulator, nuts bolts etc complete as per OEM recommendations.

(ii) MCCB FP rupturing capacity 35 KA 440 Volts, 3 phase cap 630 Amps (incoming)-01 No

(iii) Star delta starter complete for centifugal pump and motor assembly of Cap 60 HP-02 Nos.

(iv) Star delta starter complete for centifugal pump assembly of Cap 12.5 HP-02 Nos

(xi) Platform for the feeder pillar board with PCC 1:2:4 15 Cm thick in foundation, Brick (Sub Class B) work in CM 1:6 ,rendering 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding on top and grouting legs of panel . The platform shall be of 450 mm height above ground level .

Note:(a) The above star delta starters must be equipped with single phase preventer, contactors and suitable relays all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE A - (PART-I) BLDG PORTION

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not othrewise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as fixing of MS posts in foundation etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conf to Fe-410-w or E-250 quality A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard barss barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165complete all as specified and directed.

S&F wind ties for roof including securing bolts, and similar work conforming to Fe 290 gde E 165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforcement) in ground floors exc 15 cm in thickness (above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : All the demolished material will be disposed off outside the MOD land).

M&L for providing cement concrete, 100 mm thick, type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base or sub floor etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation thickness 50mm complete all as specified.

M&L machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stone etc including necessary from work and setting in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/hard standing complete all as specified.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) laid in alternate way in flooring incl finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces of wall/ceiling and likes including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc any description including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted by the Contractor is deemed to be included necessary scafolding and form works.

M& L for rendering 15 mm thick in cm (1:4) on fair faces of concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with waterproofing compound @3% by weight of cement all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral Water proofing compound.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer and JK Birla wall care putty incl preparation of new plaster surface.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted plastered surfaces of walls/ceilings of any description over 10cm width or girth incl cornices and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint all as specified and directed.
