Providing and erecting Pandal with GI pipe frame work, Good quality white/ Blue colour cloth for ceiling, Making designs on center with frills, Covering of sides with decorative pardhi, Covering of pipes with good quality decorative cloth etc complete as per direction of Engineer Incharge & removal of same after the function is concluded.The pandal shall be dismantled and area shall be cleaned with removal of rubbish at the end of the function.

Providing Flower decoration with good quality fresh flower rolls as per directions of Engineer in charge and then removal of the same immediately after the function

Providing on hire banquet chairs with covers including placing loading unloading and removal of the same immediately after the function is concluded .

Erection of stage with wooden planks and batterns supported by vertical GI or wooden props and covered with carpet and backside with cloth including tables .stage to be erected one day prior to the function and dismantling of the same after function is over as per directions of Engineer in charge

Supply of Carpet on hire basis including placing, loading, unloading and removal of the same immediately after the function.

Providing on hire Tables with covers including placing loading unloading and removal of the same immediately after the function

Supply of Portable Toilet Cabins-HDPE type Features of Toilet: a) Western commode with 200 ltrs waste capacity b) Washbasin with attached water tank of 50 ltrs capacity Flush/Tissue paper holder provided inside the toilet
