CHILLED WATER PIPE INSULATION Providing and fixing of chilled water piping by duly insulated with 75 mm thick inside building/75 mm thick outside building TF quality expanded polystyrene foam in pipe section 16 kg/cum density covered with a layer of vapour barrier and covered with 12 mm thick sand cement plaster on GI chicken wire mesh etc. complete as required as per specifications.
CONDENSER WATER PIPING Providing and fixing of MS heavy class ERW pipe for CONDENSER WATER CIRCUITcut to required length and installed with welded joints complete with in accordance to IS-1239 and IS 3589 standards (for pipe sizes above 150 mm NB). including providing necessary qunatities of flanges, fittings, bends, elbows, gasket, nut-bolts etc of following sizes and quantities etc. complete as required as follows:

BALANCING VALVE Providing and fixing in position of following Water line Balancing - Valve as per following categories, sizes and qunatities complete with providing flanges, nut-bolts, gasket and welding arrangements: The valves shall be designed for PN 16 rating as per standard. The valves of sizes 32 mm to 65mm dia. shall be of gun metal / cast iron construction with screwed ends angular design hand wheel with locking facility. Whereas valves of sizes 80mm and above shall be of cast iron construction with internal parts of SS 410 and EPDM / nitrile seat with flanged ends. The test cocks should be long enough to protrude out of valve insulation etc. complete as required as follows.
NON RETURN VALVE Providing and fixing in position of following Water line Non Return - Valve as per following categories, sizes and qunatities complete with providing flanges, nut-bolts, gasket and welding arrangements: The dual plate check valves shall be used for horizontal / vertical run of pipes & shall conform to PN 16 rating as per standard. The valves shall have cast iron body, and SS 410 plates, SS 410 Shaft & Nitrile Seat etc. complete as required as follows. .
Y-STRAINER MS Providing and fixing in position of following Water line Y-Strainer as per following categories, sizes and qunatities complete with providing flanges, nut-bolts, gasket and welding arrangements: Y-strainer shall be fabricated out of Mild Steel, flanges as per BS 10 shall be provided at inlet and outlet of the connection. The body shall be pressure tested at 10 Kg/cm² and shall be hot dip galvanized. Permanent magnet shall be provided in the body of the strainer to arrest MS particles. Filter element shall be of non-magnetic 20 gauge SS sheet with 3 mm perforation etc. complete as required as follows.

ELECTRICAL WORK
ELECTRICAL PANEL AS PER BELOW MENTIONED DETAILS
Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of floor Mounted Electrical LT Panel Board made from 14 gauge thick CRCA sheet steeel in cubical formation with reinformcement of suitable size angle iron and channel T iron flats. All steel material used in the construction for panel shall undergo seven tank process before painting as per standadrs with 2 coats of red oxide primer and final approved shade of enamel paint. A solid basbar shall be provided at the bottom of the panel with two connecting eyes for termination. the boards shall be suitable for 415± 10% volts, 50 ± 3% Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply system. All the hardware used in the fabrication of the panel shall be galvanized with zinc passivation. The panel shall be compartmentalized to accomodate one feeder in each compartment. A verticabl cable alley of suitable width shall be provided to serve one or two vertical feeder sections. Also the opeing between the busbar cahmber and feeder section shall be shrouded with bakelite/hylam sheet with min. 3 mm thickness etc. complete as required as follows. The panel drawing shall be approved before taking up the fabrication
Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Secondary Pumping System Panel with VFD for 3 Pumps (50 HP- 2 Nos. & 25 HP – 1 No.) & Controller & DP Sensor etc. complete as required as follows.

All related cost for the testing including fooding, lodging, boarding, flight fare,VISA fair all inclusive for two persons from IIT side need to be borne by the bidder.Testing should be done on AHRI/Eurovent certified test bed.
DIAL TYPE PRESSURE GAUGE Providing and fixing in position following Water line PRESSURE GAUGE as per following categories, sizes and qunatities complete with providing flanges, nut-bolts, gasket and welding arrangements: Bourden type pressure gauges of 100mm dia of suitable range shall be provided.The water pressure gauge shall be made of stainless steel grade SS304. The dial plate shall be powder coated with white colour base & the calibration shall be done in black colour. All the pressure gauges shall be complete with ball valves & SS Siphon and confirming to IS:3624 etc. complete as required as follows.
DIAL TYPE THERMOMETER Providing and fixing in position following Water line INDUSTRIAL TYPE THERMOMETER, as per following categories, sizes and qunatities complete with providing all fixing accessories: The V form thermometer shall be made of aluminium die casting with golden colour anodizing. The thermometer shall have a V groove in the body to protect the refill from the damages during the installation. The refill shall be filled with blue colour mercury. The thermometer shall be complete with brass well & the calibration of temperature shall be in Celsius & Fahrenheit etc. complete as required as follows.
Supply & Fixing of GI CABLE trays made of GI slats 100 mm high and 2.6 mm thick complete with clamps and suspension arrangement comprising of MS rods (10 mm dia etc.) duly painted with polyurethane paint as per width of following sizes:

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.
CONDENSATE DRAIN PIPING ( GI MEDIUM CLASS) Providing and fixing in position of Drain piping with GI B Class pipes with fittings duly insulated with 25 MM THICK "TF" qulaity (16 Kg/CuM density) EPS section, Vapour barrier and covered with sand, cement and plaster with GI chicken wire mesh along with necessary quantities of supports, flanges, bends, elbows, fittings, nut-bolts, gaskets etc. complete as required as follows:
