Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using Country Bricks ground moulded of size 23 x11 x7cm. For the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification. For super structure in ground floor and first floor and foundation

Supplying and erecting centering of sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm X 60 cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with mild steel anglesof size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10m x6.5 cm dia spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm. dia spaced at 765cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with standard specifcation and as directed for the following items. Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Supplying fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed or steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given includingcost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification (MS rods or RTS bars will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate). The binding wire shall be supplied by the Contractor.

RCC 1:1.5:3 ,using 20MM. gauge machine broken hard granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessaryand bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M-Sand) 12MM thick and with Kraft paper without claiming extra etc. as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specification. Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cm. x 20cm. x 2cm. of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M-Sand) 12mm. thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, red oxide, etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC items of works such as alsbs beams sunshade facia canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab, etc. with CEMENT MORTAR 1:3 (One cement and three M-Sand) 10MM thick including the cost of providing cement mortar beading or nosing for sunshade and staircase steps, landing slabs etc. complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M-Sand) 12mm. thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing and Applying CFTRI approved two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (5 Liquid :7 Powder) to the RCC surface like Roof, bathroom, toilet, balcony & utility area applied @ 2.2kg/m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1.2mm DFT, having Elongation at break >120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength >1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 836. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting Two Coat Exterer Emulsion paint, including cost of all materials, brushes and scaffolding charges, etc. complete complying with standard specification, (stainer and colour solution should not be used).

Painting two coat of new iron works such as steel doors windows, ventilators, window bars, Balustrades etc. with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat, etc. complete coimplying with standar
