Construction of Store Shed for stacking outdoor materials KPTCL Store at ANTHRASANAHALLI in Tumakuru City.

To qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/their name should have in the last 5 years, i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 and 2025-26. Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor for at least any construction work to an extent of 25% of amount put to tender for the work in any one of the above FY in any Government / PSUs. Certificates should be issued from the cadre not less than the rank of the Executive Engineer with office outward number and date.

The bidder shall be registered KPWD civil contractor of Class III and above.

Achieved in at least One financial year a minimum financial Turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rupees not less than the value of work. Turnover certificate duly certified by the Chartered Accountant with UDIN number along with P&L statement should be uploaded.

Financial status and capacity supported by a letter of credit/solvency certificate/Bankers certificate issued by the Nationalized/Schedule banks of not less than 30% of amount put to tender shall be scanned and uploaded, the date of line of credit/solvency certificate is obtained after this tender notification date, is only allowed.

The bidder should furnish GST Registration Certificate.

The bidder should furnish Income Tax Registration Certificate and returns filed for last Three Years.

The bidder shall be EPF holder and should furnish EPF Registration Certificate, if not, self-declaration should be furnished with satisfactory reasons for non-applicable of EPF duly mentioning the date after the date of publish of this notification.

The bidder shall be ESI holder and should furnish ESI Registration Certificate.

The bidder should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years in any organization. A history of awards involving litigations against the bidder or any part or JV (Joint Venture) may result in rejection of bid by duly mentioning the Date after the publish of this notification with Original signature (Xerox copy of the signature will not be considered)

The bidder should upload the sufficient documentary proof for the reservation of CAT-II(A) Category issued by revenue department with RD number and same will only be considered by this office (will be checked in the website www.Nadakacheri.karnataka.gov.in).

Eligible tenders will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. (Refer standard tender documents section-2: A General Instructions to tenders), for that the supporting documents shall be uploaded failing which the tender will not be considered.

The bidder should furnish the statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed & should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent. If no existing commitments / ongoing-works, a Nil certificate shall be uploaded.

The Tenderer has to visit the site at his own expense and risk to examine the site and its surrounding area, since the work spot is in and around the Power Switch Yard. A Self-Declaration with Photo should be uploaded regarding site visit done.

The bidder must furnish a work experience letter/certificate for any Construction work satisfactorily completed in Energized/Live Sub-Station (since the work is to be carried out in a Live Electric Sub-Station Area, the Contractor must have prior experience & awareness of working in such environment). The Certificate/Letter should be issued by the State/Central Govt Departments/Govt. Owned PSUs and issuing officer must be in a cadre not lower than the rank of the Executive Engineer.
