Earthwork in excavation in hard soil on foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including moorum stony earth and earth mixed with boulder except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting including dressing and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials with all leads and lifts T&P shoring and shuttering , dewatering if required etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour for dismantling brick masonry including stacking of useful material for reuse and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying all labour for dismantling RCC structure including stacking of useful material for reuse and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying all labour with T&P for filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering, ramming etc comolete including cost , conveyance , royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete (measurement will be taken on finished & complete section only) as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete with (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40 mm ( 1 ½ ‘’) size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete with (1:2:4) in using 12 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

RCC (1:1.5:3) M20 grade in drain base and side wall having a minimum compressive strength 20N/mm2 ( in work test of 200 Kg per CM2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 ) using 12 mm to 20 mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips ( 20 mm size not to exceed 25% ) including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting concrete by using concrete mixer vibrators and similar equipments and tools and plants with watering and curing for 28 days including centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in – charge.

RCC (1:1.5:3) M20 grade in Roof slab having a minimum compressive strength 20 N/mm2 ( in work test of 200 Kg per CM2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 12 mm to 20 mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips (20 mm size not to exceed 25% ) including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting concrete by using concrete mixer vibrators and similar equipments and tools and plants with watering and curing for 28 days including centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing of MS rod or tor steel including straightening ,cutting, bending, binding by using binding wire of18-20 gauze , molding, welding, jointing if necessary and placing in position as per drawing & technical specification ( Payment shall be made on weight of M.S. Rod & Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) including cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance,taxes of all labour T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour and T&p for removal of debris , surplus earth and other excavated amterials etc. by mechanical means upto a distance of 5 km with collecting and stacking of same head load with 50 mtr including loading and unloading for truck transportation cost and conveyance of all labours and t&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the EIC.
