Supply, erection and commissioning of induction motor of 600HP suitable for above supplied 150Cs VT axial flow pump (JC1 & JC2), 450KW, 495RPM, 3.3KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz, bearings (SKF /FAG) as per site requirements. Specifications as approved by technical committee (Annexure - B).

Supply, erection and commissioning of induction motor of 40HP LT suitable for above supplied 12Cs VT axial flow pump (P5) and existing pump (P3), 30KW, 1465RPM, 415V, 3 phase, 50 Hz, bearings (SKF /FAG) as per site requirements. Specifications as approved by technical committee (Annexure - B).

Supplying and laying of 630 sqmm - single core, 3.3KV, HT, Aluminium Conductor, XLPE insulated unearthed, Armored cable as per latest IS specifications with cable box (all accessories) from DHBVN Sub Station to VCB at pump house (250mtr at JC1 and 360mtr at JC2).

Supplying and laying of 240 sqmm - 3.5 core, 415V, LT, Aluminium Conductor, XLPE insulated, Armored cable as per latest IS specifications with thimbles/clamps/terminals (all accessories) from DHBVN Sub Station to LT MCC panel in Pump house (60mtr at JC1 and 100mtr at JC2).

Supplying and laying of 16 sqmm - 3 core, 415V, LT, Copper Conductor, XLPE insulated, Armored cable as per latest IS specifications with thimbles/clamps/terminals (all accessories) from LT panel to motors of Bhurthal Disty in Pump house.

Providing and fixing of foundation for 150 Cs VT pump by making required size/length at site from ISMB of size 500x200mm - approx 4600 mm length - 02 nos (Make - Tata/ Jindal/Sail/Vaizag). One end of this ISMB sections shall be grouted into the wall by making arrangement of PCC block of suitable size as per the weight of Pump. While other end should be welded/bolted to the existing ISMB 600x210mm with the help of L- bracket and nut/bolts/washers. Including material and labour for applying primer and two coats of epoxy paint on the complete foundation and labour charges for taking out old rusted foundation (P1 P5 at JC1 & P2 at JC2).

Providing and fixing of Lightening Arrester with protection radius of 100mtr along with earthing arrangement as per proper specification for pump house building and as per the site requirement at pump house JC1 & JC2.

Overhauling of MV feeder piller VCB of 3.3KV - Tosha make (01no incomer and 03no outgoings) by replacing IDMT relay,all the motor protection relays, transformers ckt 220/110, Ammeters, voltmeters, close coils, trip coils, spring charge motors, control wirings, panel locks glasses hinges and other unforseen items/repairs required for its proper functioning/operation complete in all respect as per site requirement. All the components as per approved specification of deptt (Annexure-C) at pump house JC1 & JC2.

The above rates are inclusive of all kind of taxes including GST and other expences like F.O.R. destination and inclusive of all incidental charges, enroute & at destination. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. Terms & Conditions as mentioned in Bid document in Price Schedule.
