Taking down carefully old unsv copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc. to be measured separately) and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc with its original specification, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully MCB DBs SP/TP by unscrewing from main switch boards/cut out boxes and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit including sealing the cable ends and making good disturbed surface of wall etc as per existing finishes, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring for the One light/fan point controlled by one,one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm single core, PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing and caping including necessary accessories like bends, tees, PVC square and elbow etc fixed on wall/ceiling with 1.5 Sqmm PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth conitinuity (green in colour) connected to common earth dolly including sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes of suitable sizes with plastic laminated white/coloured top sheet cover 3 mm thick complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate for Cutting, chieseling and making good the existing surface by using one coat primer and two coat of distemper to match the existing surface for complete wiring is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

All as per Sr. Item No. 3 herein-above but for One bell point controlled by one push button switch.

Supply and fix in repairs wall light Ivory Fabric, chrome finishing 4W complete including bulb all as specified and directed. Make: Jaquar Cat Part No: KWB-CHR-MB12021201A or its equivalent in Philips/Havells.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts and washers of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by galvanised iron pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and connected to earth test point and including cement concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20 mm graded aggregate) and pre-cast RCC cover slab of size 540 x 540 x 50 mm thick, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways and one handle for lifting made with 10 mm dia mild steel bar,funnel, wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanised (light grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary execuation and earth works in any types of soil complete all as shown on Electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR-I including taking out the old earthing material complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4 Sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multi standed copper conductor cable LT 1100 volts grade drawn thorugh and including PVC casing capping of adequate size fixed on surfafce of wall/ceiling with all necessary fittings and accessaries and 1 run of FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed insulated single core cable with multi standered copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm as earth wire (green in colour) run through casing capping and connected common earth dolly including taking out the old sub main wiring two run of 4 Sqmm cable one run of casing capping and one run of 4 Sqmm earth continuity wire for connection to DBs/dolly shall be deemed to be included in this item and shall be measured as one run complete all as specified and directed.
