Demolition of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from the site to a distance not exceeding 100 metre and deposited as directed complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300mmx 200mm, 7mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer (rendering) in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (light shade) 10 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on any face of ceiling, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces or stone masonry, parapets, chajjas, shafts including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair vitreous China squatting pan 'Orissa' pattern white of size 580mmx440mm white with integral foot rests and CI 'P' or 'S' trap (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe above floor), including demolation of tile, PCC, taking out mass concrete filling and re filling PCC (1:7:12) type F2 after fixing of WC and trap with proper joints leakproof including PVC flush pipe upto finished floor level, and making good with 30mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 finished rough as a sub base to recieved tile work and including all other connected work as required upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. (NOTE : Tile work with screed and Sunken floor water proofing treatment shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Supply & fixing in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern, EWC) white clour (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to drain etc., including plastic water closet seat with cover (white clour) closed pattern with flat bottom and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device including stainless steel chromium plated jet spray with 01 mtr long PVC pipe with CP connector and necessary nut bolts and with necessary CP screws and plug for fixing WC complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing in repair Plastic water closet seat cover, any colour, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement 10 litres capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type low level flushing cistern (white colour) with inlet, ball valve, float, handle including brackets and 32mm dia PVC flush pipe, PVC Connection 450 mm long with PTMT nuts suitable for 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in maintenance hand shower (health faucet) ABS body including 1.25 meter long 15mm dia flexible tube and including wall hook including taking down old any type shower complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement jet american JS-02, including pipe 1 mtr long with CP connecctor, fixing in EWC and to angle valve for water connection complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back of size 550mm x 400mm, including 32mm chromium plated waste coupling and PVC waste pipe including, supply & fixing of pillar tap, bracket and cutting for and pinning in end of bracket or erecting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement vitreous china wash hand basin oval type under counter, white colour, of size 595mm x 420mm x 200mm excluding taps, but including fancy type 32mm waste coupling and waste pipe, fixing/counter sunked in granite slab, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Granite slab shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply & fixing in replacement Bottle trap of PTMT having minimum water seal of 25mm and discharge pipe 32mm bore dia including necessary packing, union and cleaning cap and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in replacement low density polyethylene (LDPE) pipe of pressure rating 6 Kg per Sqcm, 32mm bore etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement mixer valve 15mm bore, brass (cast copper alloy) chromium plated, mixer for mixing hot & cold water suitable for WHB or fixed to wall, screwed down for iron pipe 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of mixer valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in replacement waste coupling of any size and any type for sink/WHB, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement stainless steel sink with drainage board made out of 1.00mm thick sheet, overall size 915mm x 460mm with bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm, kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers, waste pipe including bedding in cement mortar, fixing in existing space or fixing with cast iron cantilever brackets and connecting union to waste pipe; including taking down old unserviceable sink complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank white colour of capacity 500 litres (cylindrical vertical, triple layered with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position including making inlet and out let connection and fixing ball valve and gate valve including dismantling/taking down of existing unserviceable PVC water storage tanks of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Float valve and gate valve shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only under appropriate item of BOQ.)

Supply and fixing 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall, including taking down old unserviceable pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing ir repair Stainless steel CP grating round or circular 125mm dia with or without waste hole complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other mean, washing down with water and applying two coats of cement base paint (one coat as as priming coat) as per approved tint/colour by using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered or concrete surface of ceiling by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge

Demolition stone/marble slabs of any description or thickness as in floors/ cooking platform/steps etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including removing rubbish material from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for machine cut 18 to 22 mm thick, Kota stone slab (size of slab not less than 550x550mm) as in flooring, laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing /grinding (mirror finish) and polishing by machine, including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular as per site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut 18 to 22mm thick, Kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and on pillar, laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing /grinding (mirror finish ) and polishing by machine, including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 18-20mm thick machine cut, granite duly factory grinding and polished (table rubbed and polished) of approved colour for counter sunk wash basin, plateform/cooking plateform or as directed, including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) (grey cement slurry) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admiture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone slab including cutting as required including cleaning and extra polishing if required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement vitreous china urinal, half stall type, white, including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar (1:2), securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, 32 mm dia full threaded PTMT waste coupling and 32mm dia waste pipe and pointing around urinal back in cement mortar, including taking down old urinal with fittings complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in first floor, ground floor, sunken portion and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above floor level of any description and in any position including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for sunken treatment to sunken floor, cleaning the surface by wire brush, rendering to floor and sides with 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- (i) WPC for mixing in CM shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only.

Material & Labour for PCC (1:5:10) type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as loose filling of sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, sunken floor etc, finished rough to receive tiles, including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Resecuring, easing and adjustments of shutters (any description and any size of shutter exc. 1 Sqm and not exc. 2 Sqm each) without taking down from chowkhat/frame including oiling, tigtening of screws, minor repairs, adjustment of hinges, adjustment of fittings like handle/tower bolt/door stopper etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note :- Screws if required for adjustment of fittings the cost of screws shall be included in the unit rate.

Material & Labour for 100 mm bore cast iron soil waste and vent pipe (spun pipe ) in any length with or without ears, fixed to wall with stack clamps (interval of 1m) made out of FI 50x5mm and 16mm dia round iron stay and jointing with cement mortar including dismantling/taking down/out old pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material & Labour for 75 mm bore cast iron soil waste and vent pipe (spun pipe ) in any length with or without ears, fixed to wall with stack clamps (interval of 1m) made out of FI 50x5mm and 16mm dia round iron stay and jointing with cement mortar including dismantling/taking down/out old pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement 75mm bore cast iron bends (any radius)/elbo, diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) with oval access door fixed with cement joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement drapery curtain rod 19/20mm dia, fabricated out of mild steel pipe with PVC coating (ABS), wall thickness of pipe not less than 20 guage, including fancy type brackets and pair of decorated end knobs (finials), stop roller etc, fixed to wall for doors and windows cuttings as required and fixing at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, in any description including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cleaning surface of roof, including flashing and junction of parapets etc. by wire brushing, removing all dust and preparing to receive rendering, after that applying 15mm thick screed /rendering in cement mortar (1:3) including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, on existing concrete surfaces of roof and finished even and smooth without using extra cement (prepare smooth surface and proper sloping) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only)

Material and labour for cleaning the roof screed surface including flashing and junction of parapets etc. by brushing, removing all dust and applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Racking out joints and pointing to brick tiles, laid flat, on roofs including cleaning and after cleaning the surface, material and labour for Flush pointing to brick tiles, laid flat in roof in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Raking or cutting out joints and decayed mortar etc, not less than 12mm deep, washing the joints, removing rubbish off the premises, and keeping the surface to be pointed wet for 2 days prior to re-pointing.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) Type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerb or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing minimum 3 mm thick APP based polymeric waterproofing membrane (minimum weighing 3kg/Sqm), reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm), laid on primed surface by forced application, torching with overlaps as recommended by the manufaturer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- (i) The work to be carried out by authorised applicators of material manufacture. Name of applicator shall be approved by GE on recommendation of AGE

Supply and fixing two coat of aluminium paint over APP sheet complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any discription and in any position, like roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas, fins, facia and similar suspended works, including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and prepare the surface to casting chajja, slabs, fins, facia etc and including removing rubbish material from site and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) (nominal mix) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in chajjas complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Material and labour for form work to chullah hoods, chajjas, trough and similar items including edges rough finished flat surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note:- including rate of scaff-folding if required

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 over 10mm thick additional setting / floating coat in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces of wall chajjas, beams, ceiling etc. with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for disconnecting existing tanks of exc. 250 litre but not exc. 500 litre, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 5mm thick solid PVC Wall Lining consisting wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any layers of existing treatment ) from walls/pillars/cornices by scraping down with using steel patti wire/brush/sand papering or mechanical sander machine (including provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, remove/scraping down all loose particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts etc. brooming all dust and washing down and preparing the surfaces smooth and after that applying average 3mm thick layer (1.5mm thick each in two layer application) of white cement based putty (wall care putty, make Birla JK or equivalent as approved by Engineer-in-charge), after applying putty first and second coat sanding the surface as per requirement by using mechanical sander machine to make the surface even and smooth upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and after prepare the surface smooth applying two coats of oil bound distemper (washable) as per approved tint/colour by using paint brush or roller brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : - Each stage i.e after complete removal and before applying OBD as specified above, the surface shall be passed in writing by the Enigineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any layers of existing treatment ) from walls/pillars/cornices by scraping down with using steel patti and mechanical sander machine (including provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, brooming and washing down with water including applying white cement based putty where required for filling to depressions to make the surface even and smooth by using sander machine (with provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, and after that applying two coats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour with using paint brush/roller brush, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : - Complete removal /scraping to old existing treatment as directed by Engineer-in-charge, each stage i.e after complete removal and before applying CBP as specified above, the surface shall be passed in writing by the Enigineer-in-charge in site order book.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, hard standing, plinth protection/path etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced, existing plinth floor, hard standing etc ) of any description and in any position including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only fine sand without silt (Fazilka/Zera or any other approved sources) for filling under interlocking tiles and the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 60 mm thick (M35 grade) coloured, precast interlocking tile/paving block factory casted (made by using PVC paver mould / Rubber paver moulds on Vibrating Table Machine) using grey cement and no pigment, shape haxagon / trigular / zigzag / I-shaped etc, as directed, prepolished & preglazed, specification as per relevant IS, having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm, laid over sand upto required thick layer and filling the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - (i) Sand for filling shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only but labour for spreding leveling shall be included in the unit rate of this item)

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/packing around chequered tiles/interlocking tiles & similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick chequered cement concrete tiles as in floor/path, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in louvers and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid) including all moulding but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size of grid 605 x605mm for false ceiling including necessary notching and prepared holes, the snap grid shall consist of anodised aluminium main tee of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.24 Kg/RM, cross and Intermediate tee of size 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.191 Kg/RM. The main and cross tee shall be jointed at junction with steel screws or MS bolts, nuts and washers, the snap grid (main / cross tee sections) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with anodised aluminium angle of size 35mm x25mmx 2mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM fixed to wall with suitable arrangement and duly suspended with 4mm GI wire hangers (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long including providing 12mm thick gypsum board in grid fixed in false ceiling grid made of aluminium as per above specifications complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wall & ceiling boards and PVC wall lining (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets fixed in any position with nails fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed hollow PVC lining consisting 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
