Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of HT 11 KV (Earthed) XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade,circular screened with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape , inner sheath of PVC tape galvanized steel strip flat, round and overall PVC sheathed, armoured conforming to IS 7098 Part II, 1985 amended upto date, of size 3 core 120 Sqmm, ISI marked, laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts including taking down old cable of any size etc complete all as specified and directed by Enginer-in-Charge

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard sanding by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for cable jointing kit end termination for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm 3 core etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mr wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth for laying of under ground cable, pole foundation and stays etc and getting out in hard / dense soil etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning and filling in, including spreading and levelling, water and well remming in layers not exc. 25cm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply, laying and replcement of PCC covers , class HV type-1 flat size 300x180x40mm, Make : Topaz/Mehetab Tiles

Supply, laying and replcement of PCC covers , class LV type-2 flat size 300x180x40mm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and spread unwashed dry river sand cushioning and covering the under ground cable in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note : Punning thickness shall be measured)

Supply and install street light fitting (LED) type 40 watt cast aluminium housing toughtened glass, IP-65/66 and wired with all accessories etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make : Cat Part NO BRP 409 LED 040 CW MR AI PSU GR or equivant make in list of makes in Appendix `C'

Supply and fix in replacement of GI Pipe Bracket for street light of Light Grade and dia 40 mm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in replacement of clamps of size required as per site including nut, bolt and washersetc etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply, install, commissioning and testing of commercial air curtain unit of size 34"x78" for prevention of dust and conditioned air losses single phase, 220 V, 50 Hz made out of MS/CRCA sheet of minimum thickness 18 gauge and applying two coats of red oxide primer and over two coat of synthetic enamel paint with MS CRC 18 gauge square perforated suction grills, Aluminium alloy fan and single phase electric motor, nozzel etc complete with fittings and accessories so as to produce 1-1.5 m/sec air velocity at floor level for door opening etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge . Note : All electric connections are included in given rate.

Supply and laying cable XLPE Insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade cross sectional are 120 Sq mm 3.5 Core etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking out old existing security light (HPSV/Tube light fitting) and supply and fix in replacement of LED street light Luminaries 60 watt, Luman output 6000 with pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistance toughtened glass & IP 66 protection & impact resistance of IK-07 with 10 KV in built surge protection device fixed with suitable size of GI bracket, clamp, Nut, Bolt and washer connection with 1.5 sqmm run copper wire from junction box etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Phillips cat part No. BRP 409 LED 060 CW HE MR FG S1 PSU GR or equivalent in make in list of makes in Appendix `C'.

Supply and replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension GI wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 10 sqmm.etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and Laying in trenches or drawn through pipe or fixed on wall / poles , LT UG cable 1100 Volts, heavy duty XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wired armoured with aluminium conductor after removing old one of following size:-

(a ) 10 sqmm 4 Core

(b) 16 sqmm 4 Core

Supply and fix in replacement of surface mounted SMC street light control box with 10 A MCB of external dimensions 250 X 175 X 100 mm, fixed on pole with FI clamps of size 25 X 3 mm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge MAKE : SINTEX/National

An amount of Rs 51,950.00 shall be deducted from BOQ on account of schedule of credit
