Annual Maintenance Contract AMC of 3 Nos. 20KVA U.P.A installed in Admin Block of H.P High Court Shimla for the period of one year w.e.f 30-12.2025 to 29.12.2026.

Comprehensive Annual Maintennace contract of 20 Kva UPS including preventive/ breakdown maintenance (as detailed below) and replacement of defective parts discovered during maintenance shall have to be reported AND replaced by new and new parts/ spairs replaced will be either of the same make or equivalant make and replacement of defective wire wound components & other petty material except batteries and the UPS are to be maintained round the clock though out the year as per best satisfactory by Engineer-in-charge at Site.

Terms and conditions:-

This contract shall cover the Annaul comrehensive maintenance of 3 No's of 20 KVA,UPS, for the period of one year.

This contract shall cover the Annaul comrehensive maintenance of 3 No's of 20 KVA, for the period of one year.This contract cover the scope of preventive maintenance as necessary to maintain the equipment in a proper operating condition.The Preventive maintenance includes functional checking necessary adjustments including minor repaires etc. which required to be carried out in advance. The breakdown maintenance is to be carried out in the event of malfunction, which prevent the operation of the equipment, work to be carreid out during the service coverage time as per the AMC Contract. At the time of Breakdown, this contract includes the fault finding, repair or replacement of defective parts and functional checking as & when required by Engg -in- charge. .
