Demolition Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc, but excluding Ashlar Facings, dressed Stone Work and Pre-cast Concrete Articles of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1.00 Sqm but n.exc 2 Sqm each and removing from site or to store as directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down PVC door chowkats or frames with PVC shutter exc. 1.00 Sqm and n.exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with Water, remove dust, debris/ rubbish, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling including Cement Mortar Bedding (but not backing), and removing rubbish off the Premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down Steel Water Tubing 15mm dia (bore) including Connections and Fittings, Segregating Serviceable Pipes & Fittings, Stacking properly at Site(s) and keep in Safe Custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks designation 75 (kgf/cm2) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ well burnt clay Bricks Half-Brick thick, Old Size, built in Cement Mortar 1:4, Straight or Curved on Plan to any Radius, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, fixing in opening as per Specifications and Drawings shown in MES Schedule Part-II, complete all as specified and as directed.
