Selection of agency for Setting up of stalls and other allied activities for Jammu Trade Fair

Designing, Construction & Erection of stalls and other allied works (Duration of the event 05 days) Stall size shall be of 3 x 3 Meter, height 8-9 feet. 2 table, 2 chairs, 1 Dustbin. with 02 LED lights, adequate shelves, display propos in each stall.

Morning, Midday and Evening refreshment for all stall holders (two persons per stall) have to be provided by the contractor during the event. (05 days)

Round the clock light arrangements with power backup and LED TVs Bigsize 4 nos along with the provision of audio system for the pavilion. (05 days)

Adequate Branding of the pavilion as per the instructions of the Officer Incharge

The firm shall have to arrange proper security for the events(s) 24×7 during the exhibition (05 days)

Purified drinking water facility & public convenience shall be made available on temporary basis (05 days)

NOC, if any, will be the responsibility of the Contractor

Photography and videography ( 5 days)

High Tea for 50 persons on inaugural day and on the UT day that will be communicated during the event by Officer Incharge.

Adequate decoration and lighting of the venue including floral decoration.

On the daily basis the small cultural program will have to be arranged at pavilion for 1 hour during the evenings. (5 days)

The Vendor will arrange printing of creatives for which a provision of 6000 sqft Flex along with designing & printing will have to be arranged.
