PROVISION OF 04 NOS CHEMICAL EARTHING AND DG SET SUPPLY FOR EXCHANGE ROOM AT DHQ 11 GOA UNDER GE(I)(CG) GOA

M & L Chemical earthing with copper earth plate 90cm x 60cm x 5mm & copper earth strip 32x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, using copper earth strip 32x6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Payment shall be made after producing of necessary satisfactory test certification for Engr - In-Charge. (ii) Supply of 100 Kg for each earthing quantity of chemical will be provided.

M & L Earth continuity conductors copper earth strip 32x6mm dia fixed to wall/ floor through protection pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying , testing & commission UG cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts gade with stranded aluminium conductor cross sectional area 3.5 core AC supply of 50 Sqmm size complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying cable etc and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Sand cushioning with river washed and screened dry fine sand to under ground cable 23cm thick, 15 cm below the cable and 8 cm after laying the cable, duly punned complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete with in soft disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil/rocks material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 2 with peak size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying GI pipe light graded of size 50mm dia in trenches and fixing on wall / pole with help of suitable size MS clamp for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L MCB distribution board, double door CRCA steel sheet enclosure powder coated, TPN 4 Way as in replacement with 200 Amp rated bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCB TPN 4 Pole 415, thermal magnetic release, 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed

M & L sub main wiring with two runs of single core 6 Sqmm FRLS Copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable as per IS 694-1990 (third revision) drawn through & including casing and caping of suitable size with all accessories such as Tees, elbows,couplings, junction boxes etc, as required fixed on wall along with one run of 6 Sqmm single core FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Two runs of cable, one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of casing and caping shall be measured as one unit)
