SCHEDULE 'A' PART -I (B/R PORTION) :- Demolition of unreinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B-0 mix 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) laid in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 8 to 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors/ skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed/bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid colour ceramic tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm of approved 1st quality in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white / coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed/bedding layer in CM (1:6) coloured tiles all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for for digital coloured glazed ceramic tiles of sizes 300 mm x 450 mm X 7 mm thick jointed in neat cement slurry, laid over including 10 mm thick rendering coat/backing layer in CM (1:4) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile as in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. in cement lime or cement mortar including removal of spoil / demolished material out of the premises of the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering to brick masonry or stone surfaces (external plastering) 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with WPC to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr /10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Complete removal of existing treatment on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of wall surfaces and applying two coats of Oil bound distempering over a coat of primer over 2 mm thick wall care putty with white or tinted on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 18 / 19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Extra over rates of 18 / 19mm thick particle board for external teak wood lipping, 6 mm thick, fixed with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix brass magnet for cupboard shutters etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electro galvanised width of flap 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 mix (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for sub base of floor 100 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Colour Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and no pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry colour to match in floors complete including screed bed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairs to RCC beams projected above roof slab ,remove all loose particles of mortar, concrete rust etc from the spilled surface and clean it with wire brush and expose fully any corroded steel in the repair area and remove all scale and corrosion deposit and apply rust remover for rust free bars and apply epoxy zinc primer to the remaining exposed cleaned steel bars including Provide additional steel if required and tie the new steel to the old steel by binding wires, and apply one coat of bonding agent(latex based) over the entire area of steel and concrete to be treated and finally concreting of column with M 20(1:1 1/2:3) Type A1 concrete to the treated surface including necessary formwork and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed. .Note :- The chemicals which are incorporated inthe work should be Dr.Fixit or equivalent

M&L for pressure grouting. Treat the leakages by doing pressure grouting , forcing PVC nozzles along the length of cracks in zigzag manner. Inject non shrink cementitious grout through PVC Nozzle in the slab by a grout pressure pump. Allow it top cure as per standard practice. Cementious grout shall have a compressive strength of 50 Mpa at 7 days , 65 Mpa at 28 days confirming to ASTM C 109:99 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), etc. (unreinforced) including old tarfelt & cement mortar bedding and plastering etc and removing debris complete all as specified and as directed. .

M&L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete and Brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 mix (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) averaging 40 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work (or) concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 mixing water proofing compound at 3% by weight of cement (but excluding the cost of WPC) finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply Only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for cleaning the roof, plastered surfaces and applying evenly a priming coat at the rate of 1.2 kg per Sqm and providing APP based polymeric modified water proofing membrane minimum weighing 3 kg / Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/Sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application and applying two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 kg / Sqm per each coat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25 cm x 22 mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 500 m but not exc. 1.5 kM and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed..

S&f anodised aluminium frame for windows / ventilators / partitions etc with one or more rebates including cleat for fixing etc including powder coating of any colour (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART -II (E/M PORTION) :- Taking down carefully existing unserviceable aluminum/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) of any description & in any position complete including all fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings, lamp holders etc including taking out and removing serviceable fittings/fixtures and making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceiling etc. to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for point wiring with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multi standard copper conductor, single core, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade with and including PVC conduit / casing and capping of adequate size fixed in consealed with PVC rawl plugs with sunken type pressed steel terminal box and junction boxes 1.6 mm thick of suitable size, duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black bituminous paint for mounting fittings and wiring to be terminated in pressed steel sunken boxes with and including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed for following :- NOTE :- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of cutting chases in walls / pillars /column etc. of any description for concealing the boxes to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. (ii) Fittings like switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'.
