Installation, Erection and Commissioning of 02 No. of 63MVA and Dismantling of 02 No. of 40MVA 132-33 KV Transformers at 220KV SS Dunara Under ETD Jhansi

Following works are to be carried out for the work of installation, erection & comissioning of 02 Nos.of new 63 MVA 132/33 KV T/Fs at 220 KV S/S Dunara alongwith associated works including all cost of men miscellaneous consumables. etc to complete the job.

Dismantling of 132 KV LA with structures & jumpers to facilitates shifting of 2 No. of 40 MVA Transformers.

Re-crection 132kv LA including jumpers there of after completion of erection of 2 No of New 63 MVA Transformers at 220KV S/S Dunara.

Opening of 132 & 33 KV Jumpers of 2 No.of existing 40 MVA T/Fs.

Dismantling of 2 No.of existing 40 MVA T/FS including removal of earthing & opening Of cable connection, draining out the IF Oil upto required level in 209 Ltr Capacity oil drum/tanks, removal of all radiators etc. with proper blanking to complete the job satisfactorily, including proper stacking of radiators at 220 KV S/S Dunara. Bianking Plates, nuts & Bolts shall be provided by department. All the T&P & man power etc shall be arranged by the contractor.

Slufting of 2 no. of existing 40 MVA T/Fs with accessories to safe place upto 150 meters including turning of T/F tank if needed at 220KV S/S Dunara.

Additional Shifting of 2 No. of existing 40 MVA T/Fs main Tank upto 5 Meters or part thereof.

Shifting of main Tank of 2 No. of new 63MVA T/Fs to Plinth from place of storage upto 20 Meter distance including turning of tank, if required.

Additional Shifting of 2 No of 63 MVA TFS main Tank upto 5 Meters or part thereof.

Complete erection of 2 No of new 63 MVA T/Fs including Radiators, Conservator Tank, Bushings, Connecting Pipe Lines, Cooling Fans & Marshalling Box, OTI,WTI. Capillary, Pipes etc.
