Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armour

Making Brick foundation and R.C. casting and making neat cement finish after plastering for installation of AMF panel incl. S&F suitable M.S angle/Channel with nuts, bolts & washer etc. as per direction of EIC.

Supply & fixing of exhaust gas piping of suitable dia welded black MS class B pipe incl. all necessary bend supports , clamps, Rain protect Canopy, anti vibration mounting insulation of exhaust system with 50mm thick mineral wool covered with wire mesh and aluminium cladding ( from DG sets to top of the building plus 3mtr or as per CPCB) for 62.5 KVA DG set as per direction of EIC. including Hire charges for scaffolding by bamboo required rope of square type arrangement for smooth working & carriage of MS black pipe by vertical run & dismantling at the end of work.

S & F type most heavy support structure made of 75 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm channel on both side at a height of 5 RM bottom of which grouted underground by concreate foundation cross supported with 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle horizontally at 4 points for 100 mm (Horizontal run) exhaust pipe from D.G Set to nearest building outside wall, as per direction of EIC.

Laying of one no above cable in u/g trench 460mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up & restoring surface duly rammed, as per GS.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming, for Soft Soil, as per GS.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe, as per GS.

Supply and fixing 40mm. Dia medium gauge G.I. Pipe protection as per GS.

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire of the following sizes, in 20mm dia PVC Rigid Conduit 'FR' [Precision Make] on wall, ceiling with saddles and other accessories, and making necy. connection as required, as per GS. [Make-Mescab/KEI/Havells/] 1x16sqmm [for DG neutral earthing]

The Rates to be quoted by all the bidders should be Inclusive of all taxes and duties including GST and LWC.
