Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer in roof laid dry and pointed in cement mortar, including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick tile for re use and balance removing/disposal off from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leaping (whether full thickness removed or only a part there of) including cutting or uprooting grass, vegetations and roots of small plants etc on roof floor and surrounding, removing/disposal of retrived materials from site to a distance not exceeding 100 metre and deposited as directed complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge
Material and labour for cleaning surface of roof, including flashing and junction of parapets etc. by wire brushing, removing all dust and preparing to receive rendering, after that applying 15mm thick screed /rendering in cement mortar (1:3) including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, on existing concrete surfaces of roof and finished even and smooth without using extra cement (prepare smooth surface and proper sloping) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only)

Material and labour for 80mm thick average consolidated thickness mud phuska on flat roofs prepared with wheat straw and cow dung and lay properly including 25mm thick mud plaster and 3 mm thick leeping plaster complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar & joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement and including flush pointing in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for 40mm thick brick tiles (old serviceable tiles obtained from demolition/dismantled item shall be reused) laid on mud mortar & joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement and including flush pointing in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Racking out joints and pointing to brick tiles, laid flat, on roofs including cleaning and after cleaning the surface, material and labour for Flush pointing to brick tiles, laid flat in roof in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Raking or cutting out joints and decayed mortar etc, not less than 12mm deep, washing the joints, removing rubbish off the premises, and keeping the surface to be pointed wet for 2 days prior to re-pointing.
Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) Type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerb or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for lime concrete terracing using brick aggregate and surkhi as specified in clause 11.11 and laying as specified in clause 11.27 of MES Sch Part-I (2009) minimum thickness at edge 50mm and increasing uniformly towards ridges to obtain a chain slope 1:40, the top shall be trowelled with the addition of jaggery solution and finished smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and fixing minimum 3 mm thick APP based polymeric waterproofing membrane (minimum weighing 3kg/Sqm), reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm), laid on primed surface by forced application, torching with overlaps as recommended by the manufaturer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- (i) The work to be carried out by authorised applicators of material manufacture. Name of applicator shall be approved by GE on recommendation of AGE
Material and labour for 20-22mm thick factory made PCC tiles of size 250mm x 250mm with grey cement and no pigment, bedded 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with @ 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, in any description including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for plastering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of ceiling, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any discription and in any position, like roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas, fins, facia and similar suspended works, including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and prepare the surface to casting chajja, slabs, fins, facia etc and including removing rubbish material from site and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(NOTE : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.
Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down or by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank white colour of capacity 500 litres (cylindrical vertical, triple layered with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position including making inlet and out let connection and fixing ball valve and gate valve including dismantling/taking down of existing unserviceable PVC water storage tanks of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Float valve and gate valve shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only under appropriate item of BOQ.)
Material and labour for disconnecting existing tanks of exc. 250 litre but not exc. 500 litre, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply only ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball (polythene float) complete, screwed suitable for 20mm bore iron pipe complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 25mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor or concealed in walls including cutting chases in wall (as directed) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
Re-fixing old serviceable 20mm bore galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) including all fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. in new or old portion/position to walls, ceiling and laid in floor/concealed in walls etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Old serviceable pipe and fittings obtained from taking up or down (here-in-before) item of this BOQ shall be reused after necessary cleaning internally.
Material and Labour for mild steel framed/unframed work using MS angle iron, flat iron, T section with web and flange conforming of Fe-290 Gde E 165, cut to shape, drilled, including welding work, counter shunk for screw incl bending as necessary guesset plate, bolting/riveting etc for cooler stands, iron stairs/ ladders brackets, for door frame (chowkhat) or in any position, including making good disturbed wall surface (brick, plastering and PCC work ) including taking down old steel as scrap complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Cutting holes in brick wall in cement mortar for inserting holdfast/angle of cooler stand and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:2:4 type B-1 using not exc half brick wall depth of embedded portion of holdfast or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into walls, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for Cleaning/removal of blockage from bathroom, kitchen, WHB, EWC, IWC etc including connected Nahani traps / gully traps/floor traps, grating of trap, waste pipes, pipe in any length upto Ist manhole etc., choked with mud / other accumulated sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly at any location, at any floor by rodding/choke remover/Pressure technique/manually or otherwise to clear blockage upto entire satisfaction of users, including refixing of oval assess door covers with new nuts & washers and refixing manhole covers, including removing of all wastes, solid or liquid sludge and depositing the sludge in a pit (at empty/open area) of suitable size at a distance exceeding 50 metres from the building where directed and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit after treating the sludge by spreading the bleaching powder as directed to reduce the foul gases including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Cleaning of existing sewage system/pipe line 100/150/200mm dia (length of pipe line manhole to manhole not exceeding 20mtr) including cleaning of manholes (any type rectangular / square / circular) located in different situations/sites, taking off the manhole cover (CI or RCC) and placing in the same original position after getting out liquid/sludge/solid contents from the manholes/sewage line and complete perfect function/running/flowing condition without any obstruction by removing all blockage in system with manual labour (rodding manually) or by mechanically sewage suction pump (at contractor;s discretion as required at site) making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including removing of all wastes, solid or liquid sludge through closed container and depositing the sludge in a pit (at empty/open area) of suitable size at any distance upto 200 metres from the line/colony area where directed and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit after treating the sludge by spreading the bleaching powder as directed to reduce the foul gases including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Note for item No 44 and 45 (i) Contractor must employ Minimum Four nos labourer's daily i.e. for Peeru Singh Enclave -02 Nos, Water Supply Enclave -02 No. (ii) Contractor or his representative shall report daily at 09.00 AM except on Sunday/ National holidays in the office of Engineer-in-Charge/ Complaint cell to receive complaint slip and necessary directions. Complaints received through telephonic message from JE/ Engineer-in-Charge shall also be attended on the same day and the completion of work shall be reported by 05.00 PM of every working day to JE/ Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) In case of non attaedence of complaints against BOQ item 44 above by the contractor on the same day, a penalty of Rs 200/- per complaint per day and for complaints against BOQ item 45 above, a penalty of Rs 100/- per complaint per day will be recovered from the contractor due. (iv) The cost for all necessary T&P such as green female bamboo strips, iron rods, sewage rodding machine, buckets, rope, ladder, safety mask, bleaching powder etc. and all other other materials for execution of the work shall be included in the unit rate.
Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide & not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundations of manholes, sewerage pipe lines etc including getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Cleaning & De-sludging by removing semi solid sludge from the septic tank of any capacity at any depth manually or mechanically in foul condition including all necessary tools and plants required for removal of sludge and solid contents from the site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note:- The sludge obtained after de-sludging is contractor should remove the sludge out side defence land immediately without any extra cost from the MoD land.
S&F Oval acess door covers fittings for 75/100 mm CI elbow, bends, Tee including all nut bolts, screws & fixing complete all as specified and directed.
