Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep, getting out the excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required gradient complete all as specified and directed

Removal of excavated material / soils to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the straight point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning using dry and clean tibba sand in two layers, first layers of 80mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150mm thick after laying of cable in trenches/ducts including consolidation of each layers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying bricks using sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size) for cable protection laid flat and dry in trenches over cable perpendicular to direction of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing of under ground cable XLPE insulated, 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with stranded aluminium conductor 2 core 10 Sqmm laid in trenches/duct/pipe including all electrical connection with required lugs and nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour boring of road crossing of size 100mm dia by using trenchless technology with use of machinery equipments complete without damaging the surface at suitable depth for drawing cables/pipe lines etc. complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing GI strip 32mm x 6mm burried in ground / laid in floor / fixed to wall on saddles / on porcelain insulators etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground, vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick and packed layers of charcoal, dust and common salt, earth lead GI strip 32mmx6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and of earth wire protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh complete including excavation and earth work, PCC chamber and cover in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) in lieu of CI cover and frame etc all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 (Part-I).

Supplying and laying GI tubing light grade incl all accessories for passing of cables for mechanical proctection, laid under Plinth / Floors/ Paths Culverts or fixed on wall or concealed in wall / floor or along poles or as street light poles or as street light mounting bracket with complete accessories such as bends / sockets / reducers / saddles incl necessary threading / drilling works all as specified and directed.

S&F Cable Route indicator duly marked with "UG LT cable " CI plate elliptical shape with 12mm dia MS rod not less than 700mm in length and embeded in PCC block 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate )of size 300x300x300mm in gound including necessary earth work complete all as specified.

Dismantling/taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor of any size from LT / HTpoles over head electric line after disconnecting from insulators complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix off load change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 63 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing MCB distribution board Double door TPN 415 volts with 200 volt rated bus bar 12 way and making good to disturbed surfaces of floors walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing cable end TPN 415 V bus bar box of ironwith necesaary fixing arrangment for fixing on wall/pole all as specified and directed.

S& fix PVC cable end terminal box outdoor type, PVC door, provision for cable incoming and outgoing from bottom, comprising of one MCB SP 6-32 Amps complete fixed on wall/pole all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of rating 5 to 32 Amp SP in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of rating 32 Amp SPN in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for resting panel board including welding work/riveting/fixing with required size nut and bolt including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm crushed stone aggregate ) complete all as specified and as directed.
