Providing and fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) glazed window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with 4mm thick floated glass pane fixed with 1/2"x3/4" golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 2 nos. 3" hinges, 2 nos. Aluminium tower bolts 4", Aluminium handles 1 nos., I-hook and two coats of special quality enamel paint over coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineerin-charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) wire gauge window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2"x3/4" golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 3" hinges, Aluminium tower bolts 4", Aluminium handles 1 nos., I-hook and two coats of special quality enamel paint over coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of cupboard shelves consisting of 19mm thick commercial board (ISI marked) phenol bonded fixed with hard wood battens and gutties including the cost of necessary lipping screws nails fevicol and two coats of special quality paint over one coat of primer after preparation of surface complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Regrading terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
