SITC of new booster pump 02 no along with motors and valves and accessories and GI pipeline from ventilation tunnel to collection gallery approximate length 400 mtrs at Power House-II includes the following: i) Complete design verification, engineering, manufacture, inspection, supply, transportation, unloading, erection, testing and commissioning of the pumping system. ii) Supply and installation of 02 complete pump sets, 01 working and 01 standby, with common delivery arrangement and duty/standby changeover. iii) Supply, fabrication, welding, laying, supports, anchors, valves, fittings, pressure gauges, air-release and drain arrangements and testing of approximately 400 m of 100 mm NB MS delivery pipeline. iv) Supply and installation of 04 hydrant/nozzle points complete with branch piping, isolation valves, outlet/nozzle, caps/couplings, supports and accessories. v) Supply and installation of 80 m fire-hydrant hose/piping as specified in the BOQ, with final length/location as approved by Engineer. vi) Supply and installation of 04 MS double-door hose boxes of 750×650×260 mm. vii) Complete electrical control panel, motor starters/protection, indication, interlocking, cabling and earthing associated with the pump system, as included in the BOQ. viii) Performance testing, commissioning, training of Employer's personnel and submission of O&M/as-built documentation.
