Supply, assembly and erection in replacement GI sheet of following sizes with C & SS rectangular/ square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, including all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete including necessary MS Channels, gurder supports as approved by Engr-in-Charge including making of hole in any type of wall and making good with plastering work, masonry work and necessary MS channel supports complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & erection in replacement 25 mm thick nitrile duct thermal insulation with Aluminium foil, non-fibrous, fire retardant, closed cell, tri- dimensional, chemically cross linked polyethylene foam, confirm to class O' for fire propagation and class 1 for surface spread of flame & factory laminated aluminium foil complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement acoustic lining of supply air ducting complete with GI frame, tissue paper, 26 Gauge perforated Aluminium Sheet, 25mm thick, of density 32 Kg/cum fiber glass insulation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement under deck insulation for metal roof with bonded fibre glass wool of density 24 Kg/Cum, 50 mm thick, suitably factory laminated with aluminium foil backed up by scrim and Kraft paper (FSK), facing with 50 mm projection for overlap and butting in following operations complete all as directed and specified:- (a) S&F in replacement 6 mm dia MS rods between purlins suitably for supporting the required thickness of insulation material beneath the metal roof. (b) S&F in replacement 22 SWG GI/ Aluminium wires supports for insulation. (c) S&F in replacement chicken wire mesh 12.5 mm x 22 SWG of hexagonal construction below the insulation for supporting the same. (d) S&F in replacement under deck insulation with bonded fibre glass wool of density 24 Kg/Cum, 50 mm thick, suitably factory laminated with aluminium foil backed up by scrim and Kraft paper (FSK), facing with 50 mm projection for overlap and butting. Note:- Insulating material shall be conforming to BS - 476, Part 4, 5, 6 & 7.

S&F in replacement Acoustic treatment/ lining of area of AHU room with 22 Gauge,GI sheet GI channels of 50x50 mm size fitted at 600x600mm girds, fitted with 50mm thick, 32 Kg/cum fibber glass insulation, covered with fibber glass tissue and 24 Gauge Aluminium perforated sheet as required, the joint shall be with minimum overlapping of 75mm with 30mmx 3mm aluminium strip covering, all corners shall be provided with 20x20x2mm aluminium angle with stainless steel counter sunk screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and balancing in repair square shape supply air diffusers with removable core and antismudge ring and volume control dampers, powder coated, extruded aluminium construction complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and balancing in repair square shape return air diffusers with removable core and antismudge ring and without control dampers, with powder coated, extruded aluminium construction complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement air volume control damper with connected accessories, made out of 22 Gauge GI sheet with flap and operatig handle complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing fire proof double layered canvas cloth connection for AHU outlet including inspection opening complete with flanges made out of 22 GSS Sheet on both side for connection to AHE and duct complete with nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI Pipe 80mm dia heavy class fixing on wall for ducting supports including making of hole in any type of wall and making good with plastering work, masonry work complete all as specified and directed.
