Excavation for following depth below ground level for laying of sewer pipes, manholes, gully pits, chambers, sumps etc. in soil mixed with moorum/shingle/kankar including cutting of joint pits, ramming, dressing, levelling & refilling of trenches in 20 cm layers including watering and ramming the same with removal of surplus earth & other dismantled materials from the sides of trenches Including supply of all material,labour and T&P for proper completion Of work as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Provide and fix open timbering (0.00 m-3.00 m) B.G.L. and close timbering (3.0m -6.0m) in trenches for the different depth below G.L. consisting of 40 mm thick approved country wood plank for polling board, 125x125 mm form Indian sal wood and 100 mm dia ballies for struts @ 1.5 m c/c including removal after laying of sewer pipes, both side of trenches will be taken as one side for the purpose of payment, area equal to length x depth of trenches.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ surplus earth , similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of RCC pipe NP3 class S/S for following dia including rubber rings from factory to the site store.

Cement Concrete Bedding for sewer work with 20 mm gauge stone ballast,approved Coarse Sand & Cement in proportion of 4:2:1 for following depth BGL including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

1.5 to 3.0 m B.G.L.

Carting & laying and jointing of following non pressure ( NP-3) sewer pipes and specials from store to the site of work, lowering the same into trenches in following depth below ground level true to alignment, caulking the joint with necessary spun yarns, bitumen soaked and jointing with 1 : 2 cement mortar in coarse sand including excavations of earth below invert level of pipe including cost of jointing materials, hydraulic testing, interconnection to the existing manhole etc. but excluding refilling of trenches from ground level to the invert level of pipe Including supply of all material,labour and T&P for proper completion Of work as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Constructing brick masonry manhole circular/tapered type following internal dia and depth ( BGL) wise as required 560 mm internal dia at top with brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (cement : coarse sand) necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:4:8 (cement :coarse sand :40 mm stone ballast) and plastering 20mm at outside of manhole and 12 mm thick at inner side of manhole with floating coat of neat cement , benching at the side of channel shall be at least 50 mm above crown of the pipe and the rise with a slope of 1 in 12 towards the sides of the manholes with smooth finished cunit and cover fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4 (cement : coarse sand : 20 mm size stone grit) including S/F SFRC cover & frame of heavy duty as per IS: 12592 : 2002 and plastic encapsuled foot steps required in inner side of manhole. ( manhole drawings annexured herewith).

Excavation ,supply ,Laying & Jointing of the 160mm DWC SN-8 pipe and PVC Coupler of Supreme quality Confirming to relevant Latest ISS with Coupler etc. Including F.O.R destination and insurance for making house connection Including supply of all material,labour and T&P for proper completion Of work as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and filling of trench with local sand in the required depth up to 1.50m with carting, laying ,dressing and compaction in 15 cm layer as per as per direction of Engineer in Charge for materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.
