Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge

Surface excavation n. exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc, n exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge. (Note: Excavated soil obtained from BOQ Srl Item Nos 1,2,4 & 5 shall be used and no extra payment shall be made on this account.)

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete, all as specified.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering, and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick.

Removing surplus excavated spoil to a distance exc 250m but n exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, rafts, footing, basements slabs, under- reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

M&L for R.C.C M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Retaining wall, basement walls any thickness above top of footing complete, all as specified.

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slab, and in shelves and the like complete, all as specified.

Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footing, base of columns, raft, and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any ) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter, rough finished surfaces of concrete

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc vertical or to batter complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to flat rough finished soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete, all as specified and directed,

S&F TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) 75 mm bore pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidation of formation surfaces in cutting with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge

M&L for soiling (or sub Base) 150mm spread thickness, with broken boulders or quarried stones, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers @75mm thick each layer with limestone, sandstone, flint or quartzite coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge

Preparation of WBM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc; sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat of bituminous primer of VG-30 grade @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface, laying bituminous premixed in semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 grade by weight to total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block as in apex stone, type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge

M&L for preparation and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer to concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise described.

M&L for PCC type D2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates in foundation filling complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m means radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

S&F Reinforced cement concrete pipe, class NP-2 laid and jointed complete for bore of pipe 600mm complete all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in bed plates , wheel guard, coping and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including form work and finishing all exposed surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for Hardcore, broken to gauge exc 63 mm but n exc 100 mm deposited spread and leveled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/ framed to a true surface complete all as specified.
