Preventive Maintenance of complete S/S equipments, lighting of switch yard, Thermal Scanning and control room etc round the clock with a team comprising the following technical personels

TG-II(qualified with ITI)- 01 Nos

Line Man/ Technician (qualified with ITI in electrician trade)- 02 Nos

Helper- 02 Nos

General cleaning control room office, building, road also cleaning of toilets etc daily in a year. (including consumable, toiletries) sweeper- 01 Nos

Cleaning of complete switch yard of S/S by cutting grass 4 times in the year as per direction of supervising engineer works includes all labour T&P man power to complete the job satisfactrioly. ( Switch yard area appoximate-16625 sq. mm)

Chemical Spray 1 Time in a Year of complete yard of S/S as per direction of supervising engineer for destroying the grass completely

Cable trench Cleaning once in a year of Complete Sub-Station properly as per direction of supervising Engineer works includes all labour T&P man power to complete the job satisfactrioly

Maintenance of lawn and gardens daily in a year including proper cutting of ornamental plants and cutting of lawn grass its maintenance, inclusive of consumables as per direction of supervising Engineer. (Mali-01 nos)

Fire Fighting including Mulsifyre and Fire hydrant

Fire Fighting equipments

Reflling of Following type fire extingusher cylinder including painting by post office Red enameled paint of Asian/Burger/ISI approved paint replacement for taking cyllinder to plant for charging and delivery at Respective, Substation after charging.

Mechanical foam type Capacity 45/50 Ltr Capacity along with gas cartridge with testing.

CO2 Type Capacity 11 Kg. with testing.

CO2 Type Capacity 22.5 Kg. with testing.

CO2 type capacity 4.5 Kg. with testing.

Replacement of high pressure discharge pipe 5 mtr. Long suitable for 45/50 kg. fire extinguishers with horn and nozzle ect.

Replacement of high pressure discharg pipe 5 mtr long suitable for 22.5 Kg fire extinguisher with horn and nozzle etc.

Replacement of high pressure discharg pipe 3 mtr long suitable for 11 Kg. fire extinguishers.

Replacement of Jointer pipe Connecting CO2 and Mechanical Foam tank in Mechanical foam type fire extinguisher

Supply and fixing of rubber type wheel set for above fire extinguishers.

Overhauling of mulsifyre work

Complete overhauling of installed air compressor, complete oiling greasing, cleaning of filter and replacement of defected air pressure switch, pressure gauge etc

Complete overhauling/reparing of gate valves work includes dismantling, cleaning, greasing attending any leakage and other work required to complete work satisfactorily. All T&P, man and material shall be provided by contractor at own cost.

Repairing of existing NRV along with servicing of flapper and cleaing of strainer along with dismantling and reinstalling of NRV

Cleaning of Mulsifyre water storage tank having algae/biological growth on its wall and floor . Meter All T&P, man and consumable material shall be provided by contractor at own cost.

Repairing, servicing and maintenance of exiting foot valve along with replacement/servicing of flapper and cleaning of strainers along with dismantling and re-installing of foot valve

Miscellaneous works and items like attending leakage/blockages, alarm gong, brass globe valves, back pressure valve, priming water tank and other necessary work for completion of the work by running the Mulsifire system on all Transformers in Auto mode.

Air conditioning Maintenance work

Cleaning & checking outdoor and indoor unit and cleaning of air filter of 1.5 Ton capcity of different make split type air conditioner with Nylon brush, soap and water and repairing of deteriorated filter if required with skilled technician.

Replacement of damaged control circuit (P.C.B) including cost of material and skilled labour

Rewinding/Repairing/Replacement of hermetically sealed compressor of 1.5 Ton split type A.C including cost of material and skilled labour.

Checking of leakage Refrigerant and brazing of any leakage joint perfectly of split A.C and all other associated work inluding cost of material ad skilled labour.

Recharging of R-220A Refrigerant in sufficient quantity and of best quality in compressor of 1.5 ton Split type A.C including cost of material and skilled labour.

Repairing/Replacement of auto transformer and control circuit(P.C.B) and OEN relay of janesh make, 5KVA-230 stabilizer

Replacement of Capacitor of Electrically outdoor control unit.

Supply and fixing 25Amp, 230V, Single pole MCB (Havells/Standard make) with white laminated sheet cover in front including cost of material and make connection all respect

Providing and wiring of sub-main with PVC insulated copper wire of size 2x4mm2 with 01 No earth wire of size 01 mm2 in PVC conduict pipe on wall etc. complete in all respect.

Replacement of damaged Refrigerant pipe made of copper outdoor to indoor unit including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc

Repairing of burnt/damaged stablizer capacity 5 KVA including all materials, labour and T&P provided by the contractor at his own cost work including electronic ckt completely.

SCADA Maintenance work

Maintenance of SCADA system of 220 KV S/S Vrindavan of such that SCADA system operate properly and remains functionally work includes providing & refixing the FO (Fiber optics) cable attending system software issues, attending & replacing contacts in FODB panel if damaged and all other associated work to operate SCADA system smoothly.
