Material and Labour for Repair to pot holes of any depth, not exceeding 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L for marking 2.00 mm thick centre line, side line, stop line, dashes, arrows, brackets & similar work, width of strip not exceeding 10 cm, on road surfaces as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved quality & make with 20% glass beads laid at temperature of 160 degree centigrade with a mechanical applicator machine complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye/ solar stud aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600 MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd mpleted as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing in repair cat eye, reflective type, metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolition of cement Concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and Labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 graded stone aggregates) as in sub base and finishing the surface even & rough to receive floor finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L for Machine pressed Precast coloured concrete paver block of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade, with grey cement and pigment, glossy finish on top conforming to IS 15658-2006, with approved colour, design and pattern made by table vibratory method using PU mould, as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, laid over compacted bed of fine sand after compacting sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibarator, filling the joints with fine sand, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Sand will be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.
Supply and filling Sand under floors or in foundations complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces exceeding 10 cm in wdth & girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L for preparation of old concrete surfaces exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and appplying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered edges complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
