Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying cables etc. and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying cables etc. and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil including trimming sides and bottom of trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables and punning complete all as specified. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers of class LV type-1, flat, size 250 x 150 x 40 mm for cable protection laid adjacent to each other perpendicular to the direction of cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (PCC) 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles and similar works, filling mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (PCC) 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles and similar works, filling mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (PCC) 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping to LT poles and mass concrete including necessary formwork for fair finished external surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine of dia suitable for 150 mm bore GI tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing, light grade of 40 mm bore, with all fittings (all ISI marked) and laid in trenches / under roads / in drains / fixed to poles/wallswith required size flat iron clamp bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing, medium grade of 150 mm bore, with all fittings (all ISI marked) and laid in trenches / under roads / in drains / fixed to poles/wallswith required size flat iron clamp bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT under ground cable 1100 volt grade, 10 Sq mm 2 core, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty armoured with aluminium conductor, IS 7098-I Marked, laid in trenches/ducts/fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts or encased in GI pipe including cable glands, lugs jointing material etc and connected up complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Earthwork, PCC Cover, sand cushioning and GI pipe will be measured & paid separately under relevant items of Schedule'A'(BOQ)

Note:- Earthwork, PCC Cover, sand cushioning and GI pipe will be measured & paid separately under relevant items of Schedule'A'(BOQ)

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT under ground cable 1100 volt grade, 35 Sq mm 3.5 core, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty armoured with aluminium conductor, IS 7098-I Marked, laid in trenches/ducts/fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts or encased in GI pipe including cable glands, lugs jointing material etc and connected up complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Earthwork, PCC Cover, sand cushioning and GI pipe will be measured & paid separately under relevant items of Schedule'A'(BOQ)

Supply, erection in true vertical position and fixing of steel tubular LT poles, swaged , welded complete with CI base plate 6 mm thick of size 300 mm x 300 mm, finial taper plug pole cap, bolts and nuts and screws as per IS - 2713 (Pt-II) made out of ERW MS tubing with including drilling of holes of required size & Nos for fixing cross arms and 2 Nos holes on bottom & top of pole for insertion of cable including painting with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of primer for exposed surface and two coats of bituminious paint for embeded portion in concrete, painting three blue bands at lower porion of pole of 300 mm height at 300 mm spacing, painting Pole No with black paint at suitable height complete of type 410 SP-31 (9 mtrs long) all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35/36 Watt, 230V, 50Hz, AC energy efficient & environment friendly type with IP 65/66 protection. The fitting should have powder coated, high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant toughened glass with frame having better optics for uniform distribution complete with driver with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics, LED efficacy shall be greater than 100 lumens/watt (for lumimaire system wattage upto 36W for outdoor luminaries, THD less than 15% at full load, driver surge protection standard minimum 2 Kv and connecting with three core copper conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt, 230V, 50Hz, AC energy efficient & environment friendly type with IP 65/66 protection. The fitting should have powder coated, high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant toughened glass with frame having better optics for uniform distribution complete with driver with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics, LED efficacy shall be greater than 120 lumens/ watt for luminaire system wattage above 70W for outdoor luminaries, THD less than 15% at full load, driver surge protection standard minimum 2Kv and connecting with three core copper conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing polycarbonate weatherproof junction box IP65 protection ready made type having aluminium bus bar of capacity 60 Amps, box size 255x205x112 mm with connector and including bus bar (3 phase + 1 Neutral) 60 Amps and MCB SP 6 Amps 10 KA 240 volts with necessary connections and entry glands and fixing the box on poles by means of mild steel flat iron 25 mm X 4 mm thick cut to size made to shape and fixed on poles with suitable size of nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing bracket for LED street light fitting of any type/wattage made out of 32mm GI tubing light grade made to shape (length upto 1.2 meter) including clamps made out from MS flat iron of size 25x5mm thick complete with MS nut, bolts, washer etc and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB, 4 pole, 100 Amps, 415 Volt, 3 phase, AC, 50 Hz with breaking capacity 36 KA in the existing panel all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate inclusive of any addition / alteration in existing panel for installation of said MCCBs.

Material and labour for GI wire earthing for poles & Building complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level, connecting to GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm bore light grade protection pipe for earth lead complete with charcoal and common salt in alternate layer including watering arrangement with galvanized iron pipe medium grade 20mm dia, PCC Chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and RCC cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, MS funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- GI earth wire and 15 mm bore GI protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Material and labour for trimming the branches of trees not more than 50 mm dia and upto 5 metre distance where touching the street light pole or obstracting the street lights, without damaging the pole complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The rates shall be deemed to include cleaning the ground area after trimming trees and dumping the leafs and branches at the location as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated and sheathed 1100 volt grade copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm 3 core complete with lugs etc. all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for flame proof sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with single core PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS cable of specified size multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked drawn through heavy duty ISI marked surface mounted ERW stove enamelled steel conduit suitable for flame proof wiring, not less than 20mm dia with and including flame proof bends and elbows, couplers, bell mouth reducer, junction box all as per relevant IS with two runs of 2.5 Sq mm size main cable and one run of 2.5 Sq mm earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES :- (i) One sub main wiring shall operate 5 to 6 Flame proof point fittings through 01 No rotory switch. (ii) Cost of flame proof bends and elbows, couplers, bell mouth reducer etc. shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Flame proof junction boxes, FLP unions and couplings shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Three run of 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor cables and one run of steel conduits is to be measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing CMRI certified LED flame proof 2X20 Watt, Tube light fixture and including tube rod, Recommended for ammunition shed, IP 65 protection with die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughed glass with LED tube fixtures driver, holder, connector with lumen efficacy 90 lumen/watt etc complete with all accessories internally pre- wired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing CMRI certified LED flame proof 40 Watt bulk head/well glass luminaire die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass recommended for ammunition shed, IP-65 protection complete with all accessories and including LED bulb 40 watt, internally pre- wired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing weather proof, flame proof distribution board approved by CMRI Dhanbad of cast aluminium alloy LM-6 MCB type SPN -8 way with 40 Amps SPN, rotory switch as incommer and MCB SP "C" Series 10 KA 6-32 Amps-6 Nos as outgoing complete all as specified and as directed.
