Repair, maint of air conditioner, water cooler, deep freezer and refrigerator of 764 ASC Bn under GE (AF) Mohanbari

(a) Material and labour for taking down the complete unit of split type AC (outdoor and indoor) of capacity 1.5 TR for routine maintenance, servicing and normal repair, cleaning completely the cooling coil & condenser coil initially with hand blower, spraying with soap water solution and finally with clear water including pressure leakage test by nitrogen gas pressure for detecting leakage in condensing unit and refrigerant pipe complete after repair/ servicing refixing in same position as directed and specified. - 02 Nos. (b) Supply and fixing in repair of electronic type PCB card of split type AC of capacity 1.5 Ton as per existing model complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. - 01 Nos. (c) Material & labour for taking out defective blower motor from split type AC of capacity 1.5 Ton of any make, dismantling the burnt winding & rewinding of 1/5 HP blower motor with the required size of super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including insulation, varnishing, heating, greasing, testing complete and transporting to civil workshop (both side) and refixing complete all as specified and directed. - 01 Nos. (d) Supply and fixing in repair of following spare parts required to refrigerator of capacity 165/170 Ltr as per existing model/ type in all respect complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Condensor coil - 01 Nos. (ii) Pin /thread type lamp holder with lamp 15 watts - 02 Nos. (iii) Bimetal relay - 02 Nos. (iv) Frost free fan motor - 02 Nos. (e) Supply and fixing in repair of following spare parts required to water cooler of capacity 40/80 Ltrs as per existing model/ type in all respect complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Thermostat - 02 Nos. (ii) Capilary tube as per existing - 01 Nos. (iii) Overload protector - 02 Nos. (iv) Running capacitor 15mfd - 02 Nos. (f) Taking out defective blower motor from water cooler of capacity 40/ 80 Ltrs of any make/ type, dismantling the burnt winding & rewinding of blower motor with the existing size of super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including insulation, varnishing, heating, greasing, testing complete and transporting to civil workshop (both side) and refixing complete all as specified and directed. - 02 Nos. (g) Supply and fixing in repair water cooler compressor of capacity upto 80 Ltr including refilling of refrigerant gas of suitable type to match with the unit and of requisite capacity including sealing, testing complete all as specified and directed. - 01 Nos. Note :- Credit of old/unsv retrieved items in LS for Rs. 1582.00 shall be deducted form quoted rates.
