REPAIR/REPLACEMENTS TO DRAIN PATH CULVERT BOUNDARY WALL, FENCING, HARD STANDING AND MISCELLANEOUS WORKS AT OTHER THAN AOC CENTRE AND 454 FD HOSPITAL UNDER AGE B/R II OF GE (S) SECUNDERABAD

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation, drain, compound wall or manholes etc., and area n.exc. 10 Sq.m on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in with approved soil obtained from excavation including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the excavated soil to a distance exc 250.0 m and n.exc 500 .0m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) as in manholes, septic tank, filter bed, walls, drains etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) set in CM 1:6, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (Below or above Ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) for drain, manhole cover, septic tank covers slabs etc including necessary form work and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately

S&F MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over for reinforcement etc, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending sprially for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry wall etc incl racking out joints haking for key, scrubbing down with water etc as in internal and external surfaces of walls, man holes, septic tank, filter bed etc incl removing of debrie complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 with on fair faces of brick/concrete finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling chain link fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts/struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion from concrete/brick masonry etc and making good disturbed ground incl barbed wire complete all as specified and directed .

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in hard or dence soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for posts and struts in fencing including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. including securing bolts;cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, of any size or type. complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5 to 10mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanized 2 stranded steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia ,barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at the crossing with and provision of Galvanized MS wires or steel pins complete all as specified and directed. (Each line of barbed wire to be measured separately)

Demolition of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (Below or above Ground level) complete all as directed.

M & L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigments of size 300cmx300cmx20-25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick CM 1:6 screed bed in flooring complete all as specified & directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-25 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks including the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, surface channel, plinth courses, bed plates, kerbs incl necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on new surfaces of wall including preperation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulder hard core of gauge exc 63 mm but n exc 150mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n,exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub bases, sub flooring finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks including the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, Mixing and Land preparation by spreading decomposed FYM / sludge manure and mixing in sandy loam soil upto 300 mm depth for Lawn and Ground covers; to achieve the ratio 50:30:20 (50 Parts Sandy Loam Soil : 30 Parts Manure : 20 Parts Wet Coco Peat), including fertilizers, organic fertilizer per cubic metre of mix 10 kg Neem cake and 5 kg. sterilised bone meal and inorganic fertilizers per cubic metre of mix 5 kg DAP, 3 kg MOP (Murate of potash) and 2 kg SOP (Sulphate of potash), and Anti-termite chemical 1 kg ganular form (Thimate 10 G) per cubic metre of mix, all mix as per given ratio, flooding with water till saturation, filling more planting soil mix if necessary, watering, rough dressing and finally fine dressing, levelling, uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made pemeable cement concrete grass paver block/tile with voids, approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/shape.complete all as specified and directed. Note: The voids in between paver filled with selction No 1 grass turf. The grass should be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 4mm thick emobossed polycarbonate sheet one side textured pattern and other side is smooth and weather resistant including fixing of sheet in gate/wall with screw and all other necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.
