Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide & n exc 1.5 m depth; for foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) waste and vent pipes in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 incl finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resisitant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base of floors well rammed and levelled complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in fdns including watering and consolidations etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F machine pressed precast cement concrete rubberised interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and no pigment conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Size and pattern as approved by GE)

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stone, copings, kneelers, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and like incl weathering slightly rounded or chemfered in edges including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material, exc 1.5 KM and n. exc 5 KM and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting point out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exc 8 tonne and not exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layer n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 150 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base of hard standing or pavement including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in wearing course of hard standing or pavement finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming expansion joint 150mm deep x 20mm wide filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb or mud stops rounded or chemfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing excavated material n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
