Schedule 'A' Section - I

M & L for water proofing treatment of expention joints of water tank, collection chambers of water supply installations by applying following specifications:- (i) Cleaning of joints including sides upto sufficient width with mechanical means including taking down loose plaster or PCC i.e. wire bruss/air blower etc and remove all loose /unsound materials, dire, dust etc. (ii) Applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating Hydroproof xtra of FOSROC/Equivalent to Dr. Fixit of pidilite industries Ltd. in ration of 1:2:4 (One part of acrylic Polymer : Two part of water and four part of cement). (iii)Applying sealing coumpound of FOSROC/ equivalent brand of Dr. fixit for filling inside the Joints by mechanical means/pressure grouting to properly sealed the joints. (iv) First layer of cement slurry @ 0.444 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer mmodified cementitious composite compound@ 0.222 Litre/sqm and allow it to air dry for 04 hours. (v) Second layer of cement slurry cement slurry @ 0.222 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer mmodified cementitious composite compound@ 0.111 Litre/sqm and allow it to air dry for 04 hours followed with water curing 48 hours. (vi) 200 micron thick polythene film shall be pasted with help of adhesives over treatment.

Dismantling /taking down old existing unserviceable cement plaster loose/unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing external/internal surfaces of ug sump average depth 15mm with power driven of pneumetic chisel and removal outside MoD land including cutting of all edges,making square shoulders of the cavities,roughening the smooth surface complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 modified with non shrink high strength cementious admixture (Nito bond -SBR of FOSROC) / Equivalent bonding agent of Dr. Fixit brand of Pidilite Industries Lt. as per manufacturer's instructions, over the old cleaned surfce of any description, surface finished even and smooth (without using extra cement ) complete all as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M & L for applying two coats of elastomeric cementious water proofing treatment coat (Brush bond -RFX, Nitobond BBX of FOSROC) / Equivalent bonding agent of dr. Fixit brand of Pidilite Industries Ltd as per manufacturer's instructions mixed with water to required brushable consistancy complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old surfaces of walls of bldg/tank and applying one coat of cement base paint of any approved tint complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for preparation of plastered or unplastered surface & applying two coat of cement base paint over primer complete all as specified

Taking down of existing damaged /loosened cement concrete to an average depth of 25 mm, cleaning with water and disposing of debries to ouside MoD land complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for applying one coat of bonding agent (Nitobond-AR of FOSROC ) or equivalent bonding agent of Dr. Fixit brand of pidilite industries Ltd. over cleaned concrete surface as per manufacturer's instructions for binding with new cement mortar / concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. Note :- Rending / PCC padding on prepared surface shall be measured and paid under under respective item of sch "A"

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) average 50mm thick as in padding and in floor over old cleaned surface of any description in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing filling epoxy putty into crack after opening up cracks in V-groove manner approximate 5mmx5mm size using mechanical cutter,properly cleaning the same to remove loose dust ,dirt etc and filling the same using three components, solvent free,thyxotropic,Epoxy resin based putty having 100% solid contents complete all as specified and directed.Make: Thermax Ltd/FOSROC or equivalent authorised appilcator as approved by GE.
