(a) One exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch

M&L for ceiling rose, surface Bakelite 65 x 17.50 mm of three terminals PVC/Polycarbonate,isolated body (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Bell push flush type 5 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Bell single pole, 230 V single pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for submain wiring with 2 single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH wire 4.00 Sq mm 1100 volts grade including and 4 Sq mm PVC insulated, multi stranded, unsheathed copper wire green in colour as earthing lead drawn through in PVC casing caping conduit complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two run of 4.00 Sqmm cable and one run of 4 Sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor and 25 mm PVC casing capping/PVC conduit shall be measured & paid as one unit.

S&F for single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with two pin earth plug and socket including one single pole MCB of capacity 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying for CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings such as elbow, tee, reducers or any other fittings of size 20mm dia on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC connection pipes inlet or outlet (for Hot or cold connection) 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for exhaust fan, steel body,AC single phase 230V of size 300mm sweep heavy duty, 230 Volt, 50 Hz, 1360 RPM with blades ,frames and louvers all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for making holes suitable for 300mm exhaust fan in stone/brick masonary and making good the surfaces by plastering to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for exhaust fan, sturdy Engineering plastic,AC single phase 230V, 50 Hz and 1400 RPM of size 250mm sweep with blades and frames and louvers including making holes in to the wall/cutting the window or ventilator as per fan size and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cables (multistranded) FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed in and including concealed stove enamelled steel conduit (ISI marked) 25mm dia with sunk cast iron/pressed steel terminal box of adequate size for one light pointcontrolled by one, one way flame proof switch including continuous 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor (multistranded) FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable connected to earth dully complete all as specified conforming to IS-694 including fixing of conduit with clamps and screws at a interval not more than 1 mtr and making the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface and colour.

S&F for LED light fitting 1x16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core FRLSH copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Wiring for circuit/sub main wiring alongwith earth wire of the sizes 2x4.0 Sqmm + 1x4.0 Sqmm of FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in stove enamelled steel conduit as required complete all as specified and directed.
